基于规模化禽畜养殖的配料称重系统设计研究

【摘要】:为了在规模化禽畜养殖过程中实现标准化的配料称重,试验基于规模化禽畜养殖的配料称重系统进行设计,采用分区作业形式,测定了整个系统运行的有效性。整个系统涉及控制中心、配料车间两个不同的工作区域,控制中心以单片机控制为核心,通过段式液晶显示和按键模块设定配料的重量,同时利用授权按键起到监控配料重量不符合要求、配料工序错误等状况的发生。依据控制中心的功能设置,配料车间工作人员通过相应单项配料重量指示灯提示、下料按键实现合理料斗称重和自动下料。结果表明:在中小规模禽畜养殖企业中,该系统可以较好地实现配料称重;但在大规模禽畜养殖企业中,受机械设计结构和核心控制部件功能的影响,整个系统不能实现单项超过100 kg的配料称重,也不适应大量料斗称重同时工作的状况。
[Abstract]:In order to realize standardized proportioning and weighing in the process of large-scale livestock farming, the experiment was designed based on the proportioning weighing system of large-scale livestock farming, and the effectiveness of the whole system was measured by using the form of zonal operation. The whole system involves two different working areas: the control center and the batching workshop. The control center is controlled by a single chip microcomputer, and the weight of the batching is set by the segment liquid crystal display and the key module. At the same time, the use of authorization button to monitor the weight of ingredients not in line with the requirements, batching process errors and other conditions. According to the function setting of the control center, the workers of the batching workshop can realize the reasonable hopper weighing and automatic cutting by the corresponding single burden weight indicator lamp. The results show that in the small and medium scale livestock breeding enterprises, the system can be used to weigh the ingredients well. However, under the influence of the mechanical design structure and the function of the core control parts, the whole system can not realize the burden weighing of more than 100 kg in large scale livestock breeding enterprises, nor can it adapt to the situation that a large number of hopper weights work simultaneously.
