饲料中微量元素对畜禽组织及环境的影响

【摘要】：在现代畜牧业生产中,动物饲料中添加无机水平来源的药理锌、铜会随粪便排泄,从而导致环境污染,为减少日粮中超量微量元素使用及研制出更有效的微量元素产品已成为营养研究的热点,文章主要综述了微量元素对畜禽饲养和环境问题两者之间的关系及微量元素在动物体内平衡机制。
[Abstract]:In modern animal husbandry, adding inorganic levels of zinc and copper to animal feed can lead to environmental pollution. In order to reduce the use of excess trace elements in diet and to develop more effective trace element products, it has become a hot point in nutrition research. This paper reviews the relationship between trace elements in animal rearing and environmental problems and the mechanism of trace element balance in animals.
