外源纤维素诱导下纤维素降解细菌的分离

【摘要】:对生物结皮和沙土的混合物分别加入秸秆和木屑进行诱导,通过选择性培养基对样品中的纤维素降解菌进行分离和记数分析。结果共筛得4株具有较强纤维素降解能力的细菌,16S rDNA序列分析表明,它们分别属于不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)。从计数结果可以看出,外源纤维素诱导物,特别是秸秆的添加,会明显提高生物结皮和沙土混合物中的纤维素降解菌的生长繁殖能力。
[Abstract]:The mixture of biofilm and sandy soil was induced by straw and sawdust, and the cellulose degrading bacteria in the sample were separated and counted by selective medium. Results four strains of bacteria with strong cellulose degradation ability were screened, and 16s rDNA sequence analysis showed that they belong to Acinetobacter, (Acinetobacter), Bacillus, (Bacillus), (Streptomyces), Pseudomonas, (Pseudomonas)., respectively. From the counting results, it can be seen that exogenous cellulose inducers, especially the addition of straw, can obviously improve the growth and reproduction ability of cellulose degrading bacteria in the mixture of biological crust and sandy soil.
