基于红外设备的母猪发情状态下体温变化研究

【摘要】:旨在通过红外测温设备与常规电子温度计研究母猪发情前后体表温度和直肠温度的变化及环境风速、湿度和温度对其影响,为实现母猪发情鉴定的智能化提供依据。本研究选取杜洛克、长白、大白纯繁经产母猪共150头,分成5个批次,对其配种前后10个时间点直肠温度和体表温度进行测定。结果表明:1)5~30cm,红外测温设备不同距离下体温测定结果差异不显著(P0.05);2)不同部位红外测温结果差异显著,背部是理想的测温部位;3)母猪发情时直肠温度升高,配种时达到最高,而配种后直肠温度则显著降低(P0.05),体表温度也是在配种时达到最高;4)发情状态能够显著影响直肠温度和体表温度(P0.05),测定时间对直肠温度和体表温度没有显著影响,当环境温度、风速和湿度控制在适当范围,对直肠温度和体表温度变化影响不明显,反之,则影响显著。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the changes of body surface temperature and rectum temperature before and after estrus in sows by infrared thermometer and conventional electronic thermometer, and to study the influence of environmental wind speed, humidity and temperature on it, so as to provide the basis for the intelligent identification of estrus in sows. In this study, 150 sows of Duroc, Landrace and White were divided into 5 batches, and rectal temperature and body surface temperature were measured at 10 time points before and after mating. The results showed that: 1) there was no significant difference in the results of infrared temperature measurement at different distances (P0.05), 2) there were significant differences in the results of infrared temperature measurement in different parts, and the back was the ideal temperature measuring site. 3) rectal temperature increased during estrus, reached the highest at breeding, and decreased significantly after breeding (P0.05), and the body surface temperature reached the highest when breeding. 4) the estrus state could significantly affect rectal temperature and body surface temperature (P0.05), and the measuring time had no significant effect on rectal temperature and body surface temperature, when the ambient temperature, wind speed and humidity were controlled in an appropriate range. The effect on rectal temperature and body surface temperature is not obvious, otherwise, it is significant.
