“曲枳散”药物饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及相关生理生化指标的影响

【摘要】:本文研究了不同剂量的中药复方添加剂“曲枳散”对断奶仔猪生长性能及主要免疫指标的影响,探索“曲枳散”的最佳添加剂量及其作用机理,旨在开发一种高效、绿色的中药饲料添加剂。仔猪饲喂添加试验:试验选用21日龄断奶仔猪48头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理12头,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+1%中药复方、基础日粮+3%中药复方、基础日粮+6%的中药复方,相对应的分别为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。本论文主要包括三部分内容:1.中药复方“曲枳散”对仔猪生长性能及消化吸收能力的影响。统计仔猪各时期的平均日采食量和平均日增重,计算料重比比值。检测不同组仔猪主要消化酶活性和仔猪回肠绒毛长度、隐窝深度。试验结果表明,添加3%剂量的中剂量组仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P0.05),仔猪料重比比值显著小于对照组(P0.05)。中剂量组仔猪胃蛋白酶、蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶活性显著高于对照组(P0.05),同时中药复方能够增加回肠绒毛长度和隐窝深度,从而提高仔猪对营养物质消化吸收能力,提高仔猪的生产性能。2.中药复方“曲枳散”对仔猪血液理化指标及主要组织器官的影响。通过对不同组仔猪饲喂添加不同剂量的中药复方,检测仔猪血常规、血生化指标和对主要组织器官切片进行观察,结果显示,同对照组比较,在饲喂前期,中剂量组仔猪白细胞数目显著高于对照组(P0.05),因此有利于仔猪抵抗外界病原微生物。各组仔猪血常规及血生化指标均在正常范围内,仔猪主要组织切片观察无明显病变,因此在仔猪日粮中添加1%~6%的中药复方对仔猪无毒性作用。3.中药复方“曲枳散”对仔猪抗氧化及部分免疫指标的影响。检测仔猪血清及回肠匀浆中SOD、GSH-Px和MDA含量,3%剂量的中药复方能够显著增强仔猪抗氧化能力。检测仔猪血清和回肠匀浆中IgG、血清溶菌酶含量,不同剂量的中药复方能够不同程度提高仔猪血清、回肠匀浆中IgG和血清中溶菌酶含量,中剂量组仔猪血清和回肠匀浆中Ig G、血清中溶菌酶含量显著高于对照组(P0.05),因此3%的中药复方能够显著增强仔猪的免疫力。同时,对仔猪回肠免疫相关细胞因子mRNA和仔猪外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测,由检测结果可知,中药复方能够通过提高IL-2,TGF-β含量,提高仔猪CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+T淋巴细胞比例和仔猪外周血CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值,从而增强仔猪的免疫平衡。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of different dosages of traditional Chinese medicine compound additive "qu Zhi San" on growth performance and main immune indexes of weaned piglets were studied, and the optimum dosage and mechanism of "qu Zhi San" were explored in order to develop a high efficiency. Green Chinese medicine feed additive. Feeding experiment of piglets: 48 piglets of 21 days old weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 treatments, 12 piglets treated with each treatment, fed with basal diet, 1% Chinese medicine compound diet, 3% Chinese medicine compound diet, and 3% traditional Chinese medicine compound diet respectively. The basic diet of 6% Chinese medicine compound, corresponding to the control group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group. This paper mainly includes three parts: 1. Effect of traditional Chinese Medicine compound Quzhi Powder on growth performance and digestibility of piglets. The average daily intake and average daily gain of piglets were calculated and the ratio of feed to weight was calculated. The main digestive enzyme activity, villus length and crypt depth of piglets were measured. The results showed that the average daily intake and average daily gain of piglets in the medium dose group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05), and the ration of feed to weight ratio of piglets was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). The activities of pepsin, sucrase and maltase in the middle dose group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Improving the performance of piglets. 2. Effects of traditional Chinese Medicine compound Quzhi Powder on Blood Physicochemical Indexes and main tissues and organs of piglets. By feeding different groups of piglets with different dosages of traditional Chinese medicine compound, the blood routine, biochemical indexes of blood and the sections of main tissues and organs were observed. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the piglets were treated in the early stage of feeding. The number of white blood cells in the middle dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), which was beneficial to the resistance of piglets to external pathogenic microorganisms. The blood routine and biochemical indexes of piglets in each group were in the normal range, and no obvious changes were observed in the main tissue sections of piglets, so adding 1% compound Chinese medicine to the diet of piglets had no toxic effect on piglets. 3. Effects of traditional Chinese Medicine compound Quzhi Powder on Antioxidant and partial immune Indexes of piglets. The contents of SOD,GSH-Px and MDA in serum and ileum homogenate of piglets were determined. The antioxidant ability of piglets was significantly enhanced by 3% Chinese medicine compound. The levels of IgG, lysozyme in serum and ileum homogenate of piglets were detected. Different doses of Chinese herbal medicine compound could increase the contents of IgG and lysozyme in serum, ileum homogenate, and Ig G in serum and ileum homogenate of piglets. The content of lysozyme in serum was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05), so 3% Chinese herbal compound could significantly enhance the immunity of piglets. At the same time, mRNA and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of piglets were detected. The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine compound could improve the CD3 CD4 of piglets by increasing the content of IL-2,TGF- 尾. The ratio of CD3 CD8 T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD3 CD4 / CD3 CD8 in peripheral blood of piglets increased the immune balance of piglets.
