不同酶制剂对扬州鹅生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

【摘要】:为探究饲用酶制剂在肉鹅养殖过程中的应用效果,试验选取120只、体重相近的健康1日龄扬州鹅公鹅,随机分为4组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组),每组6个重复,每个重复5只,分别在每千克配合饲粮中添加0、10 000 IU果胶酶、40 000 IU纤维素酶和5 000 IUβ-甘露聚糖酶。试验期10周,测定扬州鹅的生长性能、屠宰性能等指标。结果表明:1添加果胶酶、纤维素酶、β-甘露聚糖酶均可有效提高日增重,降低料重比,但对采食量影响较小;2添加纤维素酶可以显著提高21~56日龄扬州鹅日增重和70日龄体重(P0.05);3添加果胶酶、纤维素酶、β-甘露聚糖酶对70日龄扬州鹅屠宰性能无显著影响,但有提高胸、腿肌率与降低腹脂率的趋势。
