产蛋高峰期临武鸭苏氨酸需要量
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary threonine level on egg laying performance, egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of Linwu ducks at 30 ~ 38 weeks of age, in order to determine the threonine requirement in the peak period of laying of Linwu duck. 200 Linwu ducks with similar body weight, good health and no significant difference in laying rate (P0.05) were randomly divided into 5 groups, 5 replicates in each group and 8 ducks in each replica. The levels of threonine in the diet of each group were 0.55 and 0.600.65, 0.70% and 0.75, respectively. The experimental period was 63 days. The results showed that: 1) the feed to egg ratio of 0.65% threonine group was significantly lower than that of 0.55% threonine level group (P0.05). The dietary threonine level had no significant effect on average daily feed intake, egg laying rate, average egg weight and daily egg production (P0.05) 0.65. The protein height and hardy unit of 0.70% and 0.75% threonine group were significantly higher than that of 0.55% threonine level group (P0.05). The effects of dietary threonine level on egg shape index, egg shell thickness, yolk color, yolk ratio, There was no significant effect on egg shell ratio and protein ratio (P0.05). The serum total protein content in 0.70% threonine group was significantly higher than that in 0.55% threonine group (P0.05). The activity of glutamate-pyruvic transaminase in serum was significantly higher in the group of 0.55% threonine than that in the group of 0.55% threonine (P0.05). The levels of serum urea nitrogen in 0.70% and 0.75% threonine groups were significantly lower than those in 0.55% and 0.60% threonine groups (P0.05). Serum albumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, uric acid, creatinine content, alkaline phosphatase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activity were not significantly affected by dietary threonine levels (P0.05). The ratio of feed to egg and the content of serum urea nitrogen were used as evaluation indexes, and the threonine requirements of Linwu duck were 0.67% and 0.69% respectively. Therefore, the suitable level of threonine in diet could improve the laying performance, egg quality and protein utilization rate of Linwu duck. Combined with these indexes, the suitable level of threonine in the diet of Linwu duck was 0.67 and 0.69, respectively, in the peak period of laying eggs (30 ~ 38 weeks old).
