糖萜素水平对绍兴鸭生产性能、脂质代谢的影响

【摘要】:本课题以绍兴鸭为试验对象,在基础饲粮中分别添加不同水平的糖萜素,研究糖萜素对蛋鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质、胸肌及肝脏的影响,并对其调节脂类代谢的作用机理进行初步的探讨,得出糖萜素适宜的添加剂量,为糖萜素的合理研发以及其在蛋鸭生产中的实际应用提供一定的科学依据。选取产蛋后期的绍兴鸭300只,采用单因子随机试验设计,试验期为60d,随机分为4个组,每组设5个重复,每重复15只,在基础日粮中添加糖萜素添加剂4个水平:0、250、500、750mg/kg。预饲2周,试验饲养60d。试验过程中均栏养,自由采食饮水。试验结果表明:(1)随着饲粮糖萜素水平的升高,产蛋率、平均蛋重、日产蛋重显著增加(P0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P0.05);(2)在饲喂第30d时,随着饲粮糖萜素水平的提高,蛋重、蛋黄颜色、蛋黄重、蛋黄比例均有显著影响(P0.05);(3)在饲喂第60d时,蛋壳强度、蛋重、蛋黄颜色和蛋黄比例均无显著影响(P0.05),蛋白高度和哈夫单位差异达到了显著水平(P0.05);(4)饲粮中添加糖萜素显著降低了试验鸭肝脏中粗脂肪、胆固醇、甘油三酯以及胸肌中粗脂肪和甘油三酯的含量(P0.05);(5)饲粮中糖萜素水平对试验鸭蛋中胆固醇影响小,各组之间无显著差异(P0.05);(6)饲粮中添加不同水平的糖萜素显著降低了试验鸭肝脏、胸肌中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)的比例(P0.05),显著升高了试验鸭肝脏、胸肌中单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)以及多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的比例(P0.05);(7)饲粮中添加糖萜素使血浆中脂肪酶活力(LPS)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著升高(P0.05),其他没有显著影响;(8)随着饲粮中糖萜素水平的升高,血浆中IgA、IgM含量显著升高(P0.05);(9)研究表明,随着饲粮中糖萜素水平的增加,CYP7A1和SREBP-2基因在肝脏中的表达量也增加(P0.05),其中Ⅱ(250)和Ⅲ(500)组的表达丰度显著高于空白组Ⅰ(0)(P0.05);(10)综合产蛋性能和蛋品质推荐产蛋期绍兴鸭糖萜素的需要量为250-500mg/kg;研究表明,基础饲粮中添加一定量的糖萜素可提高蛋鸭平均蛋重、日产蛋重、蛋黄比例,增加蛋黄颜色,降低蛋鸭肝脏、胸肌中粗脂肪和甘油三酯的含量,以及肝脏中胆固醇含量,同时可影响肝脏和胸肌中不同脂肪酸的比例,影响试验鸭的血液生化指标,提高CYP7A1和SREBP-2基因在肝脏中的表达。
[Abstract]:In this study, Shaoxing duck was used as the experimental object. Different levels of sugar terpenes were added to the basal diet to study the effects of sugar terpenoids on laying performance, egg quality, breast muscle and liver of laying duck. The mechanism of its regulation of lipid metabolism was preliminarily discussed, and the appropriate amount of sugar terpenes was obtained, which provided a scientific basis for the reasonable development of sugar terpenes and their practical application in the production of laying ducks. Three hundred Shaoxing ducks in the late stage of laying eggs were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 5 replicates in each group and 15 ducks per replica. The trial period was 60 days. Four levels of sugar terpene additive were added to the basal diet: 0250500750mg / kg / kg. The experiment was carried out for 60 days. In the course of the test, the column is raised and the drinking water is free.
