日粮中添加苜蓿黄酮对奶牛血液生化指标、抗氧化性能和免疫的影响

【摘要】:为研究苜蓿黄酮对奶牛血液生化指标、抗氧化性能和免疫的影响,选取4头装有瘘管的头胎荷斯坦奶牛,试验采用4×4拉丁方设计,每组奶牛饲喂混合日粮中分别添加0g(Ⅰ组)、20g(Ⅱ组)、60g(Ⅲ组)和100g(Ⅳ组)的苜蓿黄酮。试验期为4期,每期24d。结果显示:1)血清的总蛋白含量随苜蓿黄酮添加剂量的升高呈二次曲线变化,出现先下降后升高(P0.05)趋势,但其他指标没有影响;2)苜蓿黄酮组血液中的血小板数量(P0.05)和血小板压积(0.05P≤0.10)均高于对照组,但随着苜蓿黄酮添加剂量的升高而下降;中性粒细胞比例随苜蓿黄酮添加剂量的升高呈线性升高(P0.05),而淋巴细胞比例则呈降低的趋势(0.05P≤0.10);3)谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性随苜蓿黄酮添加剂量的升高呈线性升高(P≤0.05),而丙二醛(MDA)含量则呈现降低的趋势(0.05P≤0.10),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随苜蓿黄酮添加剂量的升高呈先升高后降低(P0.05);4)血清中IgG含量(0.05P≤0.10)和淋巴细胞Fas基因相对表达(P0.05)随着苜蓿黄酮添加剂量的升高呈先升高后下降的趋势。以上结果表明,苜蓿黄酮能够提高机体的抗氧化性能和调节机体免疫。
