冻融交替对伊犁河谷草原土壤氮素含量的影响

【摘要】:以伊犁河谷典型草地土壤为研究对象,获得多点0~20cm表层土壤,通过室内模拟冻融温度(设置为-25、-5、-25~5℃)试验,研究冻融交替(次数设置为0~10)对草原土壤氮素的影响。结果表明:1)土壤全氮含量随着冻融交替次数的变化呈先增加后减少的变化趋势。土壤全氮含量在冻融交替1次后达最大值,冻融交替3~9次时,土壤全氮含量呈下降变化趋势,冻融交替10次时,草原土壤全氮含量达到最小值。2)冻融交替次数对土壤碱解氮含量有显著的影响,冻融交替次数越多,土壤碱解氮含量越大。不同温度处理在冻融交替次数为10时,土壤碱解氮含量达最大值。3)统计结果分析表明,造成土壤氮素含量变化的主要原因为冻融交替次数,其次为温度。4)冻融交替影响土壤硝态氮和铵态氮含量。硝态氮含量随着冻融强度和次数的增加而减小,而铵态氮含量为先减小后增加。
