血红扇头蜱的人工饲养及生活史观察

【摘要】：为了对血红扇头蜱的生活史、蜱媒疾病以及分子生物学特性的研究提供参考资料,建立一套规范完整的实验室血红扇头蜱人工饲养技术和方法。对采集的血红扇头蜱以家兔为供血动物,在(25±1)℃和RH(90±5)%恒温恒湿培养箱中于黑暗条件下人工饲养。结果表明,蜱在人工饲养的环境下能独立完成生活史,完成一个世代需要72~113d,卵、幼蜱、若蜱和成蜱各期均在兔体嗜血。
