利用益生菌和酶制剂提高水稻和小麦秸秆营养物质利用率的研究

【摘要】:为探讨益生菌和酶制剂对秸秆利用率的影响,本试验以水稻秸秆和小麦秸秆为粗饲料原料,采用添加菌酶复合制剂将秸秆进行发酵后制作混合日粮及在混合日粮中直接加入复合酶制剂两种生物处理方式进行肉羊饲喂试验,旨在为水稻和小麦秸秆的有效利用提供理论依据。本试验分两部分进行,具体内容如下:试验一:本试验研究益生菌与酶混合制剂及复合酶制剂处理的水稻秸秆,对肉用绵羊生长性能、养分消化率、屠宰性能及血清生化指标的影响,目的是为了探索出高效的生物制剂处理方法。采用单因素试验设计,选取体重为(24.00±2.42)kg的杜泊×小尾寒羊杂交F1代公羔羊80只,随机分为4个组,分别采取不同的饲喂处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复4只。空白对照组(干水稻秸秆)、处理组Ⅰ(水稻秸秆添加菌酶复合制剂)、处理组Ⅱ(干水稻秸秆添加复合酶制剂)、羊草对照组,8天预饲期,60天正试期。结果表明:处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ与羊草对照组试验羊干物质采食量、平均日增重和饲料转化效率均显著高于空白对照组(P0.05),处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ与羊草对照组三组之间差异不显著(P0.05);处理组Ⅰ试验羊干物质(Dry Matter,DM)、有机物(Organic Matter,OM)、中性洗涤纤维(Neutral Detergent Fibre,NDF)和酸性洗涤物质(Acid Detergent Fiber,ADF)的消化率显著高于空白对照组(P0.05),除NDF消化率外,其他指标均与羊草对照组差异不显著(P0.05),处理组Ⅱ试验羊DM、NDF和ADF的消化率显著高于空白对照组(P0.05),但与羊草对照组之间差异不显著(P0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ处理组组间差异不显著(P0.05);不同处理组屠宰率无显著差异(P0.05);头、蹄和皮+毛重量4个组组间无显著性差异(P0.05);消化器官中,空白对照组肝脏和瘤胃重量均显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ处理组(P0.05),剩余组织器官、胃室、小肠和大肠重量和占宰前活重的比例各组之间差异不显著(P0.05);试验羊血清生化指标各组之间差异不显著(P0.05)。因此,合理的菌酶配伍对水稻秸秆有显著的改善作用,可以提高水稻秸秆营养物质的消化率,接近羊草的饲喂效果;酶制剂的合理组合有利于促进营养物质的消化利用,效果达到或超过羊草水平。试验二:本试验旨在研究益生菌与酶混合制剂和复合酶制剂处理的小麦秸秆,对肉用绵羊生长性能、养分消化率、屠宰性能及血清生化指标的影响,旨在探索有效的生物制剂处理方法。采用单因素试验设计,选取体重为(24.00±2.42)kg的杜泊×小尾寒羊杂交F1代公羔羊80只,随机分为4个组分别进行不同的饲喂处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复4只。空白对照组(干小麦秸秆)、处理组Ⅰ(小麦秸秆添加菌酶复合制剂)、处理组Ⅱ(干小麦秸秆添加复合酶制剂)、羊草对照组,预饲期8天,正试期为60天。结果表明:处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ与羊草对照组试验羊平均日增重和料重比均显著高于空白对照组(P0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ处理组与羊草对照组组间差异不显著(P0.05);DM和OM的消化率处理组与对照组各组之间差异不显著(P0.05),处理组Ⅰ试验羊NDF的消化率显著高于空白对照组(P0.05),但与羊草对照组相比差异不显著(P0.05),处理组Ⅱ试验羊NDF的消化率与两组对照组相比差异均不显著(P0.05),处理组Ⅰ和羊草对照组ADF的消化率显著高于空白对照组(P0.05),处理组ⅡADF的消化率与空白对照组相比差异不显著(P0.05);不同处理组屠宰率无显著差异(P0.05);头、蹄和皮+毛重量4个组组间无显著差异(P0.05);消化器官中,空白对照组肝脏的重量显著低于试验组(P0.05),剩余组织器官、胃室、小肠和大肠重量和占宰前活重的比例各组之间差异不显著(P0.05);试验羊血清生化指标四组之间差异不显著(P0.05)。因此,合理的菌酶配伍对小麦秸秆有显著的改善作用,可以提高小麦秸秆营养物质的消化率,接近羊草的饲喂效果;酶制剂的合理组合有利于促进营养物质的消化利用,效果达到或超过羊草水平。综上所述,水稻和小麦秸秆经过两种生物制剂处理后,均显著改善了秸秆的发酵品质,提高了试验羊的生长性能与其对秸秆营养物质的消化率,对血清生化指标没有产生不良影响,饲喂效果达到或者超过羊草水平,可以替代羊草。
