漯河地区猪肉旋毛虫和弓形虫感染调查和技术对策

【摘要】:本文对漯河地区不同地点的猪肉市场的猪旋毛虫和弓形虫的感染情况做了一个详细的调查,具体研究内容及结论如下:在对猪肉旋毛虫感染情况调查中,共采集2238份猪肉样品,通过显微镜检验,发现2238份猪肉样品中,有8份为旋毛虫阳性包囊,总检测率为0.36%(8/2238);通过PCR检测,发现2238份猪肉样品中,在PCR扩增结果中有12份为扩增阳性,总检测率为0.54%(12/2238)。其中,在7个猪肉销售地点中,共发现3个地点有感染情况,城镇菜市场1检测率为0.26%(1/386),城镇菜市场1检测率为2.25%(9/400),市内菜市场2检测率为0.78%(2/258),而在其余4个地点均没有发现猪肉旋毛虫感染情况。在对猪肉弓形虫感染情况调查中,作者又多采集300份样品,共采集2538份猪肉样品,通过显微镜检验,发现2538份猪肉样品中,有3份为弓形虫阳性包囊,总检测率为0.12%(3/2538);通过PCR检测,发现2538份猪肉样品中,在PCR扩增结果中有26份为扩增阳性,总检测率为1.0%(26/2538)。其中,在9个猪肉销售地点中,共发现3个地点有感染情况,城镇菜市场2检测率为0.5%(2/400),猪肉制品加工厂1检测率为9.49%(15/158),猪肉制品加工厂2检测率为6.33%(9/142),而在其余6个地点均没有发现猪肉弓形虫感染情况对于旋毛虫,弓形虫防控方面:旋毛虫无耐热性,猪肉经高温后可安全无害。科学加工肉品,不要吃生的、或者未加工熟的猪肉以及被鼠粪等污染的食物,切肉刀具要生熟分开。猪弓形虫病是国家规定B类传染病,一旦发现,不能上市,必须化制或销毁。为了预防弓形虫病:猫是该病的主要传播者,孕妇尽量不养,做好孕前、孕中检查;提高医务人员对本病的认识及掌握本病的诊断和治疗方法。对人群和动物感染情况及其有关因素进行调查,以便制定切实可行的防治措施;做好水、粪等管理工作,要特别注意防止可能带有弓形体卵囊的猫粪污染水源,食物和饲料等。本实验证明河南省漯河地区菜市场商品猪肉中存在有猪旋毛虫病和弓形虫病感染情况。并且发现城镇地区要比市区流行,发病率高。因此,动物检疫人员应对屠宰场特别是城镇屠宰场继续加强猪肉的旋毛虫和弓形虫检疫工作,采取相应的防控措施,以保证漯河地区肉及肉食品的安全性。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a detailed investigation on the infection of trichinella spiralis and Toxoplasma gondii in the pork market in Luohe area. The specific contents and conclusions are as follows: 2238 pork samples were collected in the investigation of the infection of trichinella spiralis. Microscopic examination showed that 8 out of 2238 pork samples were positive for Trichinella spiralis, and the total detection rate was 0.36% (8 / 2238). The total detection rate was 0.12% (3 / 2538); PCR analysis showed that 26 out of 2538 pork samples were positive for PCR amplification, and the total detection rate was 1.0% (26 / 2538). The detection rate of vegetable market 2 in urban areas was 0.5% (2 / 400), and that of pork product processing factory 1 was 9.49% (15 / 158). The detection rate of pork product processing factory 2 was 6.33% (9 / 142), but no infection of Toxoplasma gondii was found in the other 6 sites. In terms of prevention and control of Trichinella spiralis, Toxoplasma gondii: Trichinella spiralis has no heat resistance. Pork can be safe and harmless after high temperature. Scientific processing of meat, do not eat raw, or raw pork and food contaminated with rat dung, meat cutters should be cooked apart. Swine toxoplasmosis is a class B infectious disease specified by the state. In order to prevent toxoplasmosis: cat is the main transmission of the disease, pregnant women do not raise as much as possible, do well before pregnancy, pregnant examination, improve the medical staff understanding of the disease and grasp the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. To investigate the infection of people and animals and its related factors in order to make feasible measures for prevention and cure, and to do well the management of water and feces, special attention should be paid to preventing the contamination of water, food and feed from cat dung which may contain toxoplasma oocysts. The results showed that there were trichinellosis and Toxoplasma gondii infection in the commercial pork in Luohe area of Henan Province. And found that urban areas are more prevalent than urban areas, the incidence of high. Therefore, animal quarantine personnel should continue to strengthen the quarantine of trichinella and Toxoplasma gondii in slaughterhouses, especially in urban slaughterhouses, and take corresponding prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of meat and meat food in Luohe area.
