竹酢粉对妊娠后期母羊血液生化、免疫与抗氧化指标及常乳成分的影响
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of bamboo powder on blood biochemistry, immune and antioxidation indexes and milk composition of later pregnant ewe, 10 Hu sheep were randomly divided into 2 groups. Basal diet (control group) and basal diet 2% bamboo baking powder (trial group) were fed for 14 days (prefeeding period 7 days and formal trial period 7 d).), respectively. The results showed that bamboo powder significantly decreased the platelet count (P001), increased the (ALT) activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (P005) and significantly decreased the (AST) activity of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST). The concentration of total cholesterol (TC) (P005) showed a tendency to increase the number of red blood cells, hemoglobin and total protein (TP). Compared with the control group, the serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) was significantly decreased (P005), IgA content was significantly decreased, P001), IgM content was significantly increased (P005), IgG content was higher than that of the control group) in the later trimester of pregnancy. The milk fat percentage, milk protein rate, milk solids and urea nitrogen content in milk of the test group were lower than those of the control group, but lactose was higher than the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. The results showed that the diet supplemented with bamboo powder could improve the blood index and immune performance of ewe, but had little effect on the normal milk composition of ewe.
