TGF-β受体1和p38MAPK在绵羊不同部位皮肤中的表达差异

【摘要】:绵羊毛发的生长速度因部位的不同而存在差异,绵羊腹股沟及耳部的毛发生长速度慢,而背部的毛发生长速度快长。研究表明,多种因素会影响动物毛发的生长速度及其他性状,其中MAPK信号通路在皮肤发育及毛发生长过程中有一定的调控作用。应用免疫组织化学技术对TGF-β受体1及p38MAPK在绵羊背部、耳部以及腹股沟部皮肤的表达水平与定位进行研究,以探讨TGF-β受体1及p38MAPK与绵羊毛发生长发育的关系。结果显示,TGF-β受体1及p38MAPK在绵羊的背部、耳部与腹股沟部均有表达,且p38MAPK在背部表达量最多,耳部次之,腹股沟部最少;而TGF-β受体1在耳部毛囊中的表达量最高,腹股沟部次之,在背部毛囊中的表达量最低。研究结果提示,TGF-β受体1及p38MAPK可能与绵羊毛发的生长发育有关。
[Abstract]:The speed of hair growth in sheep's groin and ears is slow, and the growth rate of hair in the back is fast. The research shows that various factors can affect the growth speed and other characters of the animal hair, and the MAPK signal pathway has a certain regulatory effect in the development of the skin and the growth of the hair. The expression level and localization of TGF-1 receptor 1 and p38 MAPK in the back, ear and inguinal region of sheep were studied by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between TGF-1 receptor 1 and p38 MAPK and long-term development of cotton wool was discussed. The results showed that TGF-1 receptor 1 and p38 MAPK were expressed in the back, ears and groin of sheep, and the expression of p38 MAPK in the back was the most, the ear was the second, and the inguinal region was the least; and the expression of TGF-1 receptor 1 in the ear hair follicle was the highest and the groin was the second. The amount of expression in the back hair follicle is the lowest. The results suggest that the TGF-1 receptor 1 and p38 MAPK may be related to the growth and development of the wool.
