2011—2016年云南新城疫病毒感染状况调查

【摘要】:为了解云南地区新城疫流行现状,于2011—2016年在云南部分地区开展了基于风险的新城疫流行病学调查。调查范围涉及昆明、玉溪、大理、丽江、普洱和曲靖六市共48个采样点,共采集不同种类家禽棉拭子样品2 565份。结果显示:共分离到新城疫病毒52株,来源于17个活禽交易市场,新城疫病毒个体阳性率为2.03%,场点阳性率为35.41%。52株新城疫病毒中17株为强毒株,来源于7个农贸市场,新城疫强毒株个体阳性率为0.66%,强毒株场点阳性率为14.58%。遗传演化分析表明:52株新城疫病毒可分为ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ两类,其中ClassⅠ17株,均属于基因3型;ClassⅡ共35株,可分为4种基因型,其中基因Ⅰ型2株,Ⅱ型16株,Ⅵ型13株,Ⅶ型4株。分析表明近年来云南地区流行的新城疫病毒具有多样性,其中基因Ⅵ型主要在鸽群流行,而Ⅶb和Ⅶh亚型则主要在鸡和鹅群中流行。值得关注的是在云南地区首次分离到2株Ⅶh新城疫病毒,而这种基因Ⅶh型的病毒一直在越南等东南亚地区呈地方流行。因此,在该地区应该进一步加强主动监测,分析这种新传入基因型新城疫病毒的分布,防止病原进一步扩散。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the epidemic situation of Newcastle disease in Yunnan, a risk-based epidemiological survey of Newcastle disease was carried out in some areas of Yunnan from 2011 to 2016. The survey covered 48 sampling sites in Kunming, Yuxi, Dali, Lijiang, Puer and Qujing, and 2 565 samples of cotton swabs from different kinds of poultry were collected. The results showed that 52 strains of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) were isolated from 17 live poultry markets. The positive rate of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) was 2.03% and the spot positive rate was 35.41%. From 7 agricultural markets, the positive rate of virulent strains of Newcastle disease was 0.66%, and the positive rate of strong virulent strains was 14.58%.
