牛磺酸与抗生素复合剂对猪精液常温保存效果的影响

【摘要】:牛磺酸(Tau)具有良好的抗氧化性,为研究Tau与抗生素联合使用对猪精液常温保存效果的影响,以不含抗生素Modena稀释液为对照基础液设计3组试验,设Modena稀释液+庆大霉素(2×10~5 IU)+复方新诺明(2.5×10~4 IU)为处理1,Modena基础液上分别添加0.5、1、5和10mmol/L的Tau为处理2,处理1配伍处理2则为处理3,每24h检测精子活率、顶体完整率、丙二醛(MDA)浓度以及总抗氧化能力(TAOC),分析Tau与抗生素复合剂对猪精液常温保存效果的影响。结果表明,处理3效果最好,处理2次之,处理1最差,各处理间差异显著,当处理3中Tau的添加量为5mmol/L时,猪精液保存5d后,精子活率为64.11%,顶体完整率为72.10%,T-AOC活性和MDA浓度分别为4.76U/mL和1.42nmol/mL。因此,Tau与抗生素复合剂可以提高猪精液的常温保存效果,最适添加浓度为5mmol/L。
[Abstract]:Taurine (Tau) has good antioxidant properties. In order to study the effect of combined use of Tau and antibiotics on the preservation of porcine semen at room temperature, three groups of tests were designed with no antimicrobial diluent as control. The Modena diluent gentamicin (2.5 脳 10 ~ 4 IU) was treated with 0.5, 1, 5 and 10mmol/L Tau as treatment 2, and treatment 1 was treated with 3, 3, 10 ~ 4 IU, respectively, with Tau of 5 and 10mmol/L as treatment 2, 2 as treatment 1, and 2.5 脳 10 ~ 4 IU as treatment 1, and Tau as treatment 2, 5 and 10mmol/L as treatment 2, respectively. Sperm viability, acrosome integrity rate, malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration and total antioxidant capacity (TAOC),) were measured every 24 hours. The effects of Tau and antibiotics on pig semen preservation at room temperature were analyzed. The results showed that the effect of treatment 3 was the best, treatment 2 was the second, treatment 1 was the worst, and there was significant difference among the three treatments. When the addition of Tau in treatment 3 was 5mmol/L, the sperm viability was 64.11% after 5 days of preservation of pig semen. The percentage of intact acrosome was 72.10%, and the activity of 4.76U/mL and the concentration of MDA were 1.42 nmol 路L-1 and 1.42 nmol 路L-1 路L-1, respectively. Therefore, the combination of Tau and antibiotics could improve the storage effect of pig semen at room temperature, and the optimum concentration was 5 mmol / L 路L ~ (- 1) 路h ~ (- 1).
