狐貉貂屠体加工工艺及品控研究
[Abstract]:Fox raccoon mink carcass is usually used as animal-derived protein, and its processing process is mostly carried out by block freezing or oil pressing. But these two methods have some defects, the cryocryotherapy also needs to be equipped with cold storage, increase the capital input, the production capacity of the oil pressing method is not high, the pollution to the environment is large, the water content of the products obtained is high, and it is not easy to keep and store. And the quality is unstable. In this experiment, the carcass of the fox raccoon mink was processed into animal fat and animal-derived protein by high temperature and high pressure hydrolysis. The pollution to the environment is small, the output is high and the quality is stable. It not only solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of a large number of fur animal carcasses in Changli County, but also adapts to the shortage of animal-derived proteins and fodder oils in China. The results showed that the contents of heavy metals Cu, Fe, mn, Zn, Cr, CD, Hg, as, Pb, F in the products accord with the hygienic indexes of feed and feed additives. The content of water, crude protein, crude fat, calcium and phosphorus were 7%, 40.0%, 11.2%, 12.2%, 6.0% and 6.0%, respectively. The contents of heavy metals Cu, Fe, mn, Zn, Cr, CD, Hg, as, Pb, F in animal oils accord with the hygienic indexes of feed and feed additives. The results of this experiment show that the products produced by hydrolysis of high temperature and high pressure can be used as animal protein feed or feed oil. The key is that the content of heavy metals should meet the national standard. To do this, it is necessary to manage the production and sale of foxdog mink feed with feed standards for live pigs and broilers. To avoid ethical issues, fox raccoon mink carcasses can also be used as an animal protein supplement in fur breeding.
