颈静脉灌注混合氨基酸对奶牛阴外动脉氨基酸组成比例的影响

【摘要】:本试验拟通过以颈静脉灌注氨基酸混合液的方式,探索颈静脉与阴外动脉中氨基酸浓度和组成比例的关系。将3头体重、胎次、泌乳期、泌乳量和体况基本一致的荷斯坦奶牛按3×3拉丁方试验设计,以不同的3种氨基酸混合液分3个周期进行颈静脉灌注,每期22 d(7 d灌注期+15 d间隔期)。在每个灌注期的7 d采集血样,在当天灌注开始后的0、0.5、1、2、4 h进行采样。结果表明:灌注液所含的6种氨基酸在颈静脉和阴外动脉中的浓度呈三次方相关,并在一定范围内呈线性相关;其他所测的氨基酸除了天冬氨酸和酪氨酸之外,也具有三次方相关及一定范围内线性相关;颈静脉和阴外动脉中的氨基酸组成比例也具有相关性。综上,除了天冬氨酸和酪氨酸外,颈静脉与阴外动脉氨基酸的浓度和组成比例具有一定的相关性,可采用颈静脉灌注替代阴外动脉灌注进行相关种类氨基酸的研究。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between amino acid concentration and composition ratio between jugular vein and external vulvar artery by injecting amino acid mixture into jugular vein. Three Holstein cows with body weight, gestation, lactation stage, lactation volume and body condition were designed according to the 3 脳 3 Latin square test and perfused into jugular vein with different amino acid mixture for three cycles. Each period was 22 days (7 days, 15 days interval). Blood samples were collected on the 7th day of each perfusion period, and were sampled at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 hours after the beginning of perfusion on the same day. The results showed that the concentrations of 6 amino acids in jugular vein and external pudendal artery were positively correlated with each other in a certain range. In addition to aspartic acid and tyrosine, other amino acids also have third-order correlation and linear correlation within a certain range, as well as the proportion of amino acids in jugular vein and vulvar artery. Besides aspartic acid and tyrosine, the amino acid concentration and composition ratio of jugular vein and vulvar artery were correlated to some extent. Jugular vein perfusion could be used as a substitute for perineal artery perfusion to study the related amino acids.
