叶酸对炔雌醚致雄性大鼠生殖损伤的保护作用研究
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effect of folic acid on reproductive injury induced by estryne in male rats. Twenty 8-week-old adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups after one week of acclimatization. Control group: olive oil saline; estradiol group: 1.0mg kg-1; folic acid group: 1.1mg kg-1 folate; folic acid group: 1.1mg kg-1 folate; Intragastric administration, once a day for 2 weeks. After the treatment, the reproductive organs were taken to weigh, the quality of sperm was measured, the antioxidation function of testis was determined, the sections of testis were made, the structure of testis was observed, and the expression of Caspase-3 and eNOS was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that the reproductive organ atrophy, weight decrease, sperm abnormal, sperm quality decreased, antioxidant enzyme activity decreased and testicular oxidative stress occurred in rats treated with estradiol alone. On the contrary, the expression of Caspase-3 and eNOS increased. Through reducing the expression of eNOS, inhibiting the expression of Caspase-3, reducing the rate of sperm deformity and damaging the seminiferous tubule, the reproductive function of male rats was improved by reducing the expression of Estradiol and folic acid. Compared with the control group, the antioxidant enzyme activity, tissue structure and sperm quality of the testis in the folic acid treated group were improved to a certain extent, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. This study for the first time confirmed that folic acid effectively inhibited the damage of estradiol to reproductive function in male rats.
