应用多性状动物模型评估蛋鸡蛋形指数遗传参数
[Abstract]:The egg shape index heritability, repetition power and genetic correlation coefficient of laying hens were analyzed by means of animal model combined with average information constrained maximum likelihood algorithm (AIREML), and the dynamic variation rule of egg shape index genetic parameters was analyzed. The experimental materials were obtained from the separated groups of white-white hens and green-shell laying hens, including parent generation, F _ 2 generation and F _ 2 generation, with a total of 2 326 hens. The egg quality was measured every 4 weeks and 19825 egg shape index data were collected. Genetic variance, permanent environmental variance and residual were estimated by WOMBAT software. The results showed that the variety, generation and week age had an important effect on egg shape index, and it was included in the fixed effect. Egg shape index characters were not normal distribution, square root sine was used for data conversion, but there was no significant difference in genetic parameters before and after the transformation (P0.05). The heritability of egg shape index was 0.31 ~ 0.47, the genetic variance increased with the increase of week age, reached the maximum value at 48 weeks, then decreased slightly, the repetition power was 0.47 ~ 0.61, and the variance of permanent environment was basically stable at the same level. The genetic correlation coefficients of egg shape index and permanent environment were 0.91% and 0.61% respectively at different weeks of age, and the genetic correlation coefficients of adjacent weeks were higher. The reproducibility of egg shape index was higher, and the genetic correlation coefficient between weeks was close to 1. The genetic parameters could be obtained effectively by individual selection.
