牛至精油在畜禽生产中的研究进展

【摘要】：牛至是一种多年生草本植物,从中提取的精油具有抗菌,抗氧化等性能,近年来作为一种饲料添加剂在畜禽生产中得到广泛应用并取得了良好效果。在动物生产中,牛至精油能提高生长性能和增强免疫能力,改善肉质品质,增加饲料利用率,降低发病率等。本文主要对牛至精油的作用机理以及对畜禽生产性能的影响进行了综述,以期为牛至精油的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Oregano is a perennial herb. The essential oil extracted from it has antibacterial and antioxidant properties. It has been widely used as a feed additive in livestock and poultry production in recent years and has achieved good results. In animal production, oregano essential oil can improve growth performance and immune ability, improve meat quality, increase feed utilization rate and reduce morbidity. In this paper, the mechanism of action of oregano essential oil and its effect on the performance of livestock and poultry were reviewed in order to provide reference for the further development and utilization of the essential oil of oregano.
