青浦地区7个规模猪场猪圆环病毒2型感染情况调查

【摘要】:猪圆环病毒(Porcine circovirus,PCV)II型(PCV2)是目前对生猪养殖业危害最大的免疫抑制性病毒之一。近年来,该病的发病率逐渐增高,传播速度不断加快,给全球养猪业带来重创,相关领域研究者认为该病是继猪蓝耳病(Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome,PRRS)之后新发的又一严重传染病。鉴于PCV2对养猪业的巨大危害,北美和西欧等国家的学者们率先于上世纪90年代初对PCV2进行了大量的流行病学调查,郎洪武等也自2000年起对我国北方多个地区的猪群进行了PCV2流行病学调查,此后国内对该病日趋重视。目前已初步掌握了PCV2在我国大部分地区的存在和流行状况。由于上海地区生猪产业的大流通格局,青浦地区毗邻江苏、浙江等养猪大省,有必要对该地区规模猪场PCV2的流行现状进行系统的调查。本文在2011年10月到2013年5月期间,对上海青浦地区7家规模猪场进行了猪圆环病毒II型感染情况的调查:为了调查猪群中PCV2的抗体水平,采集了3463份血液样品,并采用ELISA方法进行了抗体检测。结果显示,在2973份未免疫被检血清样品中,抗体阳性率达37.10%(1103/2973),表明未进行PCV2免疫的猪场,其猪群已普遍存在pcv2感染。不同年份样品的检测结果显示,抗体阳性率分别为:2011年下半年达24.22%(179/739);2012年上半年达35.76%(270/755);2012年下半年达42.80%(321/750);2013年上半年达45.68%(333/729),提示猪场中pcv2感染呈现逐年升高的趋势。从发病情况看,pcv2在各猪场还存在着一定比例的隐性感染。抗体检测表明所有受检猪群均存在pcv2感染。为了调查猪群携带pcv2的情况,采集了3464份血液样品,并采用pcr技术进行病原学检测。结果显示,在2974份未免疫被检血清样品中,pcv2阳性率达18.04%(625/2974),表明未进行pcv2免疫的猪场,pcv2检出率均较高,受检猪群存在pcv2感染。不同年份样品的检测结果显示,病原阳性率分别为:2011年下半年达10.41%(77/740);2012年上半年达16.56%(125/755);2012年下半年达22.67%(170/750);2013年上半年达30.59%(223/729),阳性率呈现持续增长的趋势,提示pcv2的感染在逐年加剧。为了确定pcv2疫苗的免疫效果,采集免疫猪场的血清样品490份,同时检测抗体和病原,结果显示,抗体检测阳性率为73.67%,pcr检测阳性率为6.12%,抗体阳性率显著高于其它6家未免疫猪场,而病原学检测阳性率则显著低于其它猪场,提示免疫接种对pcv2的防控具有临床价值。为了研究不同日龄猪群感染pcv2的情况,分别采集经产母猪、种公猪、后备母猪、育肥猪和断奶仔猪五个不同日龄段的猪血清样本进行抗体水平检测。结果显示,抗体阳性率由低至高分别为:后备母猪(23.15%)、育肥猪(39.76%)、断奶仔猪(40.27%)、经产母猪(44.75%)和种公猪(46.88%)。综上可见,青浦地区规模猪场中普遍存在猪圆环病毒2型感染,开展免疫预防及综合防控措施对保障生猪养殖安全非常必要。
[Abstract]:Porcine circovirus (Porcine circovirus,PCV) type II (PCV2) is one of the most harmful immunosuppressive viruses to pig breeding. In recent years, the incidence of the disease has gradually increased, and the speed of transmission has been speeding up, which has brought heavy damage to the world pig industry. Researchers in related fields believe that the disease is a new serious infectious disease after (Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome,PRRS (swine blue ear disease). In view of the great harm to pig industry caused by PCV2, scholars in North America and Western Europe took the lead in carrying out a large number of epidemiological investigations on PCV2 in the early 1990s. Since 2000, Lang Hongwu and others have carried out PCV2 epidemiological investigation on pig populations in many areas of northern China. Since then, more and more attention has been paid to the disease in China. At present, the existence and prevalence of PCV2 in most areas of China have been preliminarily grasped. Due to the large-scale circulation pattern of pig industry in Shanghai, Qingpu area is adjacent to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other pig-raising provinces. It is necessary to investigate the epidemic situation of PCV2 in pig farms on a large scale in this area. From October 2011 to May 2013, 3463 blood samples were collected from seven large-scale pig farms in Qingpu, Shanghai, to investigate the infection of porcine circovirus type II.
