环洞庭湖区波杂山羊前后盘吸虫病流行病学调查及防控研究

【摘要】:环洞庭湖区多雨、潮湿的自然环境适宜前后盘吸虫的繁殖、生长。为对环洞庭湖区放牧的波杂山羊前后盘吸虫病进行流行病学调查,解剖感染严重地区典型患病和病死山羊,用比较分析的方法对虫种进行鉴定,对山羊的消化道前后盘吸虫不同季节虫卵感染情况进行实验室检查,可实时监测和了解环洞庭湖区波杂山羊消化道寄生虫的种类、感染程度及羊群健康状况,为我国南方广大湖区养殖户开展波杂山羊健康养殖提供科学数据和用药依据。
[Abstract]:It is rainy around Dongting Lake area, and the wet natural environment is suitable for the propagation and growth of trematodes before and after. In order to carry out epidemiological investigation of clonorchiasis in front and rear of Boza goats grazing in Dongting Lake area, typical sick and dead goats in serious infected areas were dissected, and the insect species were identified by comparative analysis. The species, infection degree and health status of alimentary tract parasites in Boza goats around Dongting Lake area could be monitored and understood in real time by laboratory examination of egg infection in different seasons of clonorchiasis in the digestive tract of goats, which could be used to monitor and understand the species, infection degree and health status of the digestive tract parasites in Boza goats. It provides scientific data and drug use basis for farmers to carry out healthy breeding of Boza goats in the lake area of southern China.
