基于专家系统的智能化母猪饲喂系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着信息技术和自动化技术在农业方面的应用,我国的农业的发展逐渐趋向于信息化和自动化,这种信息化和自动化不仅有助于提高农业的生产效率,降低农业的生产成本,而且有助于加强我国农产品在国际农产品市场中的竞争力。针对如何提高养猪场信息化管理水平,实现母猪自动精确饲喂的问题,本研究依托某养猪龙头企业,建立了一种基于专家系统的智能化母猪饲喂系统,该饲喂系统综合考虑母猪个体信息以及猪场环境信息,充分利用了专家的理论知识和用户的实际经验;能够适用于自动化的养猪企业,为自动化养殖提供了范例。基于专家系统的智能化母猪饲喂系统主要分为信息管理子系统和自动饲喂子系统两部分,信息管理子系统以C++作为开发语言,SQL server作为后台数据库,采用了模块化的设计方法,实现了母猪的信息化管理,该系统主要是由人机交互界面、专家系统、后台数据库、PC机组成,其中人机交互界面完成信息或命令接收和发送。专家系统主要是通过建立母猪进食量的知识库和相应的规则库,采用正向推理的方法来完成母猪进食量计算;自动饲喂子系统以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,并集成射频读写模块、环境信息采集模块、电机控制模块以及通信模块;实现饲料下料过程的自动控制和猪场环境信息的自动采集。经过现场测试,测试结果表明系统符合相关的控制指标,可实现猪场管理信息化,精确控制母猪的进食量,减少饲料的浪费,基本满足用户的需求。
[Abstract]:With the application of information technology and automation technology in agriculture, the development of agriculture in China gradually tends to informationization and automation, which not only helps to improve the production efficiency of agriculture and reduce the production cost of agriculture. And help to strengthen the competitiveness of China's agricultural products in the international agricultural market. In order to solve the problem of how to improve the information management level of pig farms and realize automatic and accurate feeding of sows, an intelligent sow feeding system based on expert system was established based on a leading pig raising enterprise. The feeding system takes into account the individual information of sows and the environmental information of pig farms, and makes full use of the theoretical knowledge of experts and the practical experience of users. It can be applied to automatic pig raising enterprises, which provides an example for automatic breeding. The intelligent sow feeding system based on expert system is mainly divided into two parts: information management subsystem and automatic feeding subsystem. The information management subsystem uses C as the development language, SQL server as the background database. The modular design method is adopted to realize the information management of sows. The system is mainly composed of human-computer interaction interface, expert system, background database and PC, in which the human-computer interaction interface completes the receiving and sending of information or commands. The expert system mainly establishes the knowledge base of sows' feed intake and the corresponding rule base, and uses the method of forward reasoning to complete the calculation of sows' feed intake. The automatic feeding subsystem takes AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as the control core, and integrates radio frequency reading and writing module, environmental information acquisition module, motor control module and communication module, and realizes the automatic control of feed feeding process and the automatic collection of pig farm environmental information. After field test, the test results show that the system accords with the relevant control indexes, can realize the information of pig farm management, accurately control the feed intake of sows, reduce the waste of feed, and basically meet the needs of users.
