富锌益生素的制备及其培养条件的优化

【摘要】:试验旨在通过有益菌转化无机锌制备富锌益生素。将锌浓度为50 mg/ml的硫酸锌溶液与产朊假丝酵母、嗜酸乳杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌种子液混合发酵培养,研究不同温度、培养时间、锌添加量、接种量、烘干温度对富锌益生素活菌数及锌转化率的影响。结果表明:硫酸锌溶液和复合菌固体发酵培养基中比例为1:200,混合种子液接种量比例为5%;发酵温度35℃;培养时间为36 h;烘干温度为60℃;得到的富锌益生菌总活菌数9.07×10~9 CFU/g,有机锌转化率为79.82%。用10倍剂量的富锌益生菌连续饲喂雏鸡5周,雏鸡健康状况良好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to prepare zinc-rich probiotics by transforming inorganic zinc into beneficial bacteria. The zinc sulfate solution with zinc concentration of 50 mg/ml was mixed with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Lactobacillus aeruginosa and Bacillus cloacae seed liquid.
