油菜秸秆与皇竹草混合微贮模式的筛选及效果研究

【摘要】:我国油菜秸秆资源丰富,但质地粗硬,适口性差。皇竹草在南方种植面积大,产量高,但其水分含量很高,常规条件下不利于储存。为充分利用油菜秸秆资源,本研究旨在探索油菜秸秆与皇竹草不同混合比例并添加不同水平粪肠球菌复合菌的混合微贮模式及其效果,分为以下三个试验:试验一油菜秸秆与皇竹草适宜混合微贮模式初步研究试验采用3×3的两因素三水平的试验设计,共设9个处理组,每个处理组3个重复。微贮45天后,进行感官评定和相关指标的测定。结果表明:(1)以Ⅱ组的感官评价得分最高(18分),其次为Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ处理组(16分)。(2)Ⅵ组pH值最低,并显著低于Ⅸ处理组(P0.05)。(3)Ⅸ组DM含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ处理组(P0.05)。(4)Ⅱ组CP的含量与Ⅲ、Ⅴ组差异不显著(P0.05),但显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ处理组(P0.05或P0.01)。(5)Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组的VBN含量较低,且显著或极显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ处理组(P0.05或P0.01)。(6)Ⅱ组的VBN/TN的比值最低,且极显著低于其它8个处理组(P0.01),其次较低的为Ⅲ、Ⅴ处理组。(7)NDF含量高的为Ⅶ、Ⅳ处理组,差异不显著(P0.05),其次为Ⅰ、Ⅸ处理组,但与Ⅳ组差异不显著(P0.05)。(8)ADF含量低的为Ⅷ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ,差异不显著(P0.05)。(9)Ⅲ、Ⅴ的WSC含量显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组。试验二:油菜秸秆与皇竹草混合微贮料瘤胃动态降解参数的研究在试验一研究的基础上,选择油菜秸秆与皇竹草混合比例为3:7,粪肠球菌复合菌剂量添加量为150 mg/kg、300 mg/kg和比例为4:6、粪肠球菌复合菌添加量为150mg/kg等三种模式的混合微贮料,分别测定其在锦江黄牛瘤胃中培养4、8、16、24、36、48、72h时的DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF等营养物质消失率,并计算其在瘤胃降解参数及有效降解率。结果表明:(1)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF等营养物质在瘤胃中的降解率随着在瘤胃中培养时间的累积而逐渐增大,其中以Ⅰ组在72h时的降解率最大。(2)各组间DM在瘤胃中的有效降解率没有显著差别(P0.05),但Ⅲ组的快速降解部分和慢速降解部分的降解率均与Ⅰ组达到显著水平(P0.05),而与Ⅱ组差异不显著(P0.05)。(3)Ⅰ组OM在瘤胃中的有效降解率、快速降解部分降解率和不可降解部分与Ⅱ组均达到显著水平(P0.05),而与Ⅲ组的差异不显著(P0.05)。(4)Ⅰ组CP在瘤胃中的有效降解率和快速降解部分的降解率均显著高于Ⅲ组(P0.05);而不可降解部分则极显著低于Ⅲ组(P0.01),但与Ⅱ组的差异不显著(P0.05)。(5)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间NDF有效降解率、不可降解部分、快速降解部分以及慢速降解部分的降解率差异均不显著(P0.05),但以Ⅰ组的有效降解率最大、不可降解部分最小。(6)各组间ADF的有效降解率和不可降解部分的差异均不显著(P0.05),但Ⅰ组的快速降解部分的降解率高于Ⅱ组(P0.05)和Ⅲ组(P0.05)。试验三:油菜秸秆与皇竹草混合微贮料对锦江黄牛体内营养物质消化率的研究在试验二的基础上,选用健康、25月龄左右、体重为246.33±30.25 kg的锦江黄牛生长公牛6头,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3头。对照组饲喂未处理的比例为3:7的油菜秸秆和皇竹草;试验组饲喂比例为3:7、并额外添加150 mg/kg乳酸粪肠球菌复合菌处理的油菜秸秆与皇竹草混合微贮料。试验为期20天,试验最后5天采用全收粪法收集粪便。测定GE、DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF等营养物质的表观消化率。结果表明:试验组的DM、OM、GE、CP、NDF、ADF在锦江黄牛体内的消化率均极显著高于对照组(P0.01)。综合以上结果,油菜秸秆与皇竹草按照一定比例混合,添加不同水平乳酸粪肠球菌进行微贮,能改善混合微贮料的微贮品质,提高其在锦江黄牛瘤胃降解率及营养物质的表观消化率。本研究以油菜秸秆与皇竹草按照3:7比例混合,添加150 mg/kg乳酸粪肠球菌复合菌的混合微贮模式效果最好。
