[Abstract]:The effects of dietary cellulose supplementation on the loss of intracellular phosphorus and the excretion of amino acids in growing pigs were studied, and the effects of different fiber levels on the standard ileal digestibility of phosphorus and amino acids in corn-soybean meal diet were also studied. This study can provide scientific basis for the application of fiber feed in pig nutrition production. This study consists of two parts: experiment 1, In this study, the effects of dietary fiber levels on the standard ileal digestibility (SID) and standard total intestinal digestibility (STTD) of phosphorus in growing pigs and corn-soybean meal diet were investigated by two experiments. In experiment 1, 28 growing pigs with simple T-type fistula at the end of ileum (body weight 25.1-2.0kg) were randomly divided into 4 groups with 7 repeats in each group and 1 pig in each group. Four fiber levels (0, 3%, 6% and 9%) were fed with phosphorus-free diet. In experiment 2, 28 growing pigs with simple T-type fistula at the end of ileum were randomly divided into 4 groups with 7 repeats in each group, and one pig in each group was fed with 4 fiber levels (0, 3%). 6% and 9%) corn-soybean meal diet. Each trial included an adaptation period of 5 days, a fecal sample collection period of 2 days (day 6 and day 7) and a chyme collection period of day 2 (day 8 and day 9 d). The digestibility of EPL and phosphorus was determined with chromium trioxide as indicator. The results showed that the total intestinal EPL of growing pigs decreased linearly with the increase of dietary fiber level (P 0.05). The apparent ileal digestibility of phosphorus (AID), apparent total intestinal digestibility (ATTD), SID and STTD decreased with the increase of dietary fiber level (P 0.05). Experiment two, In this study, the apparent ileal digestibility (AID) and standard ileal digestion of amino acids in growing pigs and corn-soybean meal diet were investigated by two experiments. The effects of dietary cellulose supplementation levels on the internal excretion of amino acids in the ileum of growing pigs and the apparent ileal digestibility of amino acids in corn-soybean meal diet were investigated. The effect of rate (SID). In experiment 1, 28 growing pigs with simple T-type fistula at the end of ileum (weight 25.1 卤2.0 kg),) were divided into 4 treatment groups, 7 repeats in each group and 1 pig in each group. Four cellulose supplementation levels (0, 3%, 6% and 9%) were fed with nitrogen-free diet. In experiment 2, 28 growing pigs with simple T-type fistula at the end of ileum were divided into 4 treatment groups according to the completely random block design, with 7 repeats in each group and 1 pig in each group. Corn-soybean meal diet with four cellulose supplementation levels (0, 3%, 6% and 9%) was fed. Each trial included an adaptation period of 7 days and a chyme collection period of 2 days (8 days and 9 days). The digestibility of amino acid IEF and amino acid was determined with chromium trioxide as indicator. The results showed that dietary cellulose supplementation had no significant effect on amino acid IEF in growing pigs (P 0.05). Threonine, serine, glutamic acid, cystine, isoleucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, lysine and histidine AID decreased linearly with the increase of cellulose addition level (P 0.05). Threonine, serine, cystine, valine, isoleucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, lysine and histidine SID decreased linearly with the increase of cellulose addition level (P 0.05). Under the conditions of this experiment, the suitable addition level of cellulose to phosphorus-free diet was 3% 鈮,
