新型精液保护剂对种鸡精液质量的影响

【摘要】:种公鸡携带病原体传递给后代的问题由来已久,作为垂直传播的一个途径其危害不容小视,可致雏鸡死亡率高、后代生长不良、疫病代代相传、生产力低下,甚至给环境保护、可持续发展带来挑战。试验对新研发的一种精液保护剂进行了评价。1通过两种稀释比例、经过4个不同时间点,检测了新型精液保护剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的杀灭率,结果表明,新型精液保护剂对三种细菌的杀灭率分别达到99.99%、99.99%和100.00%;2对加入新型精液保护剂后的种鸡精液在不同时间点进行精子活力测定,结果各时间点的精子活力均明显高于空白试验组。综合表明,该新型精液保护剂不但可杀灭精液中的病原体,而且可以提高精子活力。
[Abstract]:The problem of carrying pathogens to future generations of breeding roosters has a long history. As a way of vertical transmission, its harm should not be underestimated, which can lead to high mortality of chicks, poor growth of offspring, transmission of epidemic diseases from generation to generation, low productivity and even environmental protection. Sustainable development poses challenges. A newly developed semen protectant was evaluated. 1 the killing rate of the new semen protectant against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected by two dilution ratios and four different time points. The results showed that the killing rates of the new semen protectants against the three bacteria were 99.99%, 99.99% and 100.00%, respectively. (2) the sperm motility of breeding chicken semen added with new semen protective agent was measured at different time points. The results showed that the sperm motility at each time point was significantly higher than that in the blank test group. The results showed that the new semen protectant could not only kill the pathogen in semen, but also improve sperm motility.
