浦东新区病死畜禽无害化处理监管系统

【摘要】:近年来,动物卫生安全问题已经成为了全社会共同关注的焦点,而其中养殖环节病死畜禽尸体随意丢弃,甚至有不法商贩将病死畜禽上市销售的问题尤其突出。浦东动物卫生监管机构希望通过浦东新区病死畜禽无害化处理监管系统的研发,对浦东病死畜禽无害化处理全过程采用信息化监管,并通过系统对采集数据的自动化处理,减轻浦东动物卫生监管人员的工作量,从而使浦东病死畜禽无害化处理监管透明、高效。本文从浦东病死畜禽无害化处理的实际运作模式出发,详细分析了浦东病死畜禽无害化处理的需求,结合先进的动物卫生监管理念,设计并实现适合浦东新区的病死畜禽无害化监管系统。系统的设计和分析严格按照软件工程的方法,首先对系统进行了可行性论证,并对性能需求和功能需求进行了详细的分析,然后是系统的详细设计,逐步完成系统建模并实现系统。系统采用C/S+B/S架构。在移动端采用基于Android 3.1以上版本开发的APP,使用Android内建的SQLite轻量级数据库存储数据;服务端采用ASP.NET技术,使用SQLSERVER数据库管理系统。系统采用表示层、业务逻辑层和数据层三层体系结构。论文对系统需求进行了详细分析,运用UML统一建模语言进行建模,并在此模型基础上完成了系统功能模块和体系的设计。系统已在浦东动物卫生执法大队投入实际使用。通过系统的使用,执法大队实现了对浦东病死畜禽无害化处理全过程的信息化监管和分析,提高了执法大队的监管水平和效率。从系统运行情况来看,本文提出的设计思想和实施方案是切实可行的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of animal health and safety has become the focus of attention of the whole society, and the problem of diseased dead livestock and poultry corpses is discarded at will, and even the problem of illegal vendors listing and selling sick and dead livestock and poultry is especially prominent. The Pudong Animal Health Regulatory Agency hopes that through the research and development of the innocuous treatment supervision system for sick and dead livestock and poultry in Pudong New area, the information supervision will be adopted for the whole process of innocuous processing of sick and dead livestock and poultry in Pudong, and the automatic processing of collected data will be carried out through the system. Reduce the workload of animal health supervisors in Pudong, so that the harmless treatment of sick livestock and poultry in Pudong is transparent and efficient. Based on the actual operation mode of innocuous treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry in Pudong, this paper analyzes in detail the demand of innocuous treatment of dead livestock and poultry in Pudong, and combines with the advanced concept of animal health supervision. Design and implement the innocuous supervision system of sick and dead livestock and poultry suitable for Pudong New area. The design and analysis of the system are strictly in accordance with the method of software engineering. Firstly, the feasibility of the system is demonstrated, and the performance requirements and functional requirements are analyzed in detail, and then the detailed design of the system is carried out. Complete the system modeling step by step and implement the system. The system adopts C / S / B / S architecture. The APP, developed on the mobile side based on Android 3.1 uses the SQLite lightweight database built in Android to store data, and the server adopts ASP.NET technology and uses SQLSERVER database management system. The system adopts three layers of architecture: presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer. In this paper, the requirements of the system are analyzed in detail, and the UML unified modeling language is used to model the system. On the basis of this model, the functional module and system design of the system are completed. The system has been put into practical use in Pudong Animal Health Law Enforcement Brigade. Through the use of the system, the law enforcement brigade realizes the information supervision and analysis of the whole process of innocuous treatment of sick livestock and poultry in Pudong, and improves the supervision level and efficiency of the law enforcement brigade. From the point of view of the operation of the system, the design idea and implementation scheme put forward in this paper are feasible.
