活羊价格下跌影响牧民增收——甘肃省天祝县肉羊产业发展情况调查

【摘要】：正*肉羊产业一直是牧区经济的重要支柱和牧民现金收入的重要来源。但自2014年以来,活羊价格持续下跌,对牧民收入产生了较大影响。目前情况有多严重、难题怎样破解?带着这个问题,我们到牧区联系点甘肃省天祝县进行专题调研,共走访了5户牧民,又邀请了12户牧民代表进行座谈,听取了省、县、乡、村等情况介绍。总体感觉,"十二五"以来,天祝县肉羊产业快速发展,产能不断提高,但2015年受活羊价格下跌幅度大、持续时间长
[Abstract]:Meat sheep industry has always been an important pillar of pastoral economy and an important source of cash income for herdsmen. But since 2014, the price of live sheep has continued to fall, which has had a great impact on the income of herdsmen. How serious is the situation at present, how to solve the problem? With this problem in mind, we conducted a special investigation in Tianzhu County, Gansu Province, a contact point in pastoral areas. We visited a total of 5 herdsmen, invited representatives of 12 herdsmen to hold discussions, and listened to briefings from provinces, counties, townships, villages, and so on. The overall feeling is that since the 12th five-year Plan, the meat sheep industry in Tianzhu County has developed rapidly and the production capacity has been continuously improved, but the price of live sheep fell greatly in 2015 and lasted for a long time.
