季节与品种对绵羊超数排卵的影响

【摘要】:绵羊超数排卵受季节、品种、激素和方案等因素的共同影响,研究这些因素并不断总结,对方案改进和效率提高有重要意义。本论文的目的是分析季节和品种对超数排卵绵羊胚胎数量以及质量的影响。黑萨福克和杜泊供体母羊使用CIDR孕酮栓同期发情,超数排卵试验均采用PMSG+7针递减FSH法,自然交配或人工输精,可用桑葚胚和囊胚移植给受体母羊。春季和秋季黑萨福克绵羊的两次超数排卵试验,春季平均黄体数极显著高于秋季(16.8±6.4和10.2±6.1枚,P0.01),但可用胚比例极显著低于秋季(56.0%和92.5%,P0.01);春季移植的可用胚发育效率与秋季差异不显著(33.9%和36.7%,P0.05);春季平均每只供体绵羊获得的后代数与秋季差异不显著(2.1±3.1和2.1±2.6只,P0.05),但后代总数/胚胎总数极显著低于秋季(18.5%和32.8%,P0.01)。春季黑萨福克和杜泊绵羊的超数排卵试验,平均回收胚胎数差异不显著(11.0±7.1和14.3±6.7枚,P0.05),但黑萨福克可用胚数显著低于杜泊绵羊(5.1±7.3和11.3±6.3枚,P0.05),可用胚比例极显著低于杜泊绵羊(44.3%和79.1%,P0.01);移植2枚可用胚的黑萨福克组和杜泊组产羔受体绵羊,可用胚发育效率无差异(75.0%和80.0%,P0.05),移植胚整体水平上的发育效率也无差异(30.9%和40.8%,P0.05);从超数排卵到胚胎移植,有后代的黑萨福克和杜泊供体绵羊,后代总数/胚胎总数无差异(24.6±13.3%和31.9±16.2%,P0.05),但对于所有供体绵羊,黑萨福克后代总数/胚胎总数极显著低于杜泊绵羊(13.7%和31.0%,P0.01),黑萨福克绵羊获得后代的几率也显著低于杜泊绵羊(44.7%和88.9%,P0.05)。黑萨福克绵羊在春季的排卵数高于秋季,但可用胚比例低于秋季;黑萨福克可用胚数和可用胚比例低于杜泊绵羊。因此,季节和品种对绵羊超数排卵均有影响,但不影响移植胚的发育效率。
[Abstract]:Superovulatory in sheep is affected by seasons, breeds, hormones and regimens. It is of great significance to study these factors and summarize them continuously, which is of great significance to the improvement of the scheme and the improvement of efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of seasons and breeds on the number and quality of superovulatory sheep embryos. Black Suffolk and Dupo donor ewes were used for estrus synchronization with CIDR progesterone suppression. superovulatory test was carried out by PMSG 7 needle decreasing FSH method, natural mating or artificial insemination, and mulberry and blastocyst could be transferred to recipient ewes. The average number of corpus in spring and autumn was significantly higher than that in autumn (16.8 卤6.4 and 10.2 卤6.1, P 0.01), but the proportion of available embryos was significantly lower than that in autumn (56.0% and 92.5%, P 0.01), but the development efficiency of available embryos in spring was not significantly different from that in autumn (33.9% and 36.7%, P 0.05). The average number of offspring per donor sheep in spring was not significantly different from that in autumn (2.1 卤3.1 and 2.1 卤2.6, P 0.05), but the total number of progenies / embryos was significantly lower than that in autumn (18.5% and 32.8%, P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the average number of embryos recovered between black Suffolk and Dupo sheep in spring (11.0 卤7.1 and 14.3 卤6.7, P 0.05), but the number of available embryos in black Suffolk sheep was significantly lower than that in Dupo sheep (5.1 卤7.3 and 11.3 卤6.3, P 0.05), and the proportion of available embryos was significantly lower than that in Dupo sheep (44.3% and 79.1%, P 0.01). There was no difference in the development efficiency of available embryos between black Suffolk group and Dupo group (75.0% and 80.0%, P 0.05), and there was no difference in the overall level of embryo transfer (30.9% and 40.8%, P 0.05). From superovulatory to embryo transfer, there was no difference in the total number of offspring / embryo between black Suffolk and Dupo donor sheep with offspring (24.6 卤13.3% and 31.9 卤16.2%, P 0.05), but for all donor sheep, the total number / embryo count of black Suffolk offspring was significantly lower than that of Dupo sheep (13.7% and 31.0%, P 0.01). The probability of obtaining offspring in black Suffolk sheep was also significantly lower than that in Dupo sheep (44.7% and 88.9%, P 0.05). The ovulatory number of black Suffolk sheep in spring was higher than that in autumn, but the proportion of available embryos was lower than that in autumn, and the number of available embryos and the proportion of available embryos in black Suffolk sheep were lower than those in Dupo sheep. Therefore, season and breed have effect on superovulatory number of sheep, but do not affect the development efficiency of transferred embryo.
