中药复方及拆方的抗炎、镇痛、抑菌活性评价

【摘要】:为了研究中药复方及其拆方的抗炎、镇痛、抑菌活性,本研究采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型及冰醋酸致小鼠毛细血管渗透方法观察其对炎症的影响;采用醋酸致小鼠扭体试验及热板法观察其对疼痛的影响;采用二倍稀释法检测其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。抗炎结果表明中药复方及拆方对二甲苯致炎小鼠的耳肿胀度和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性降低差异不显著(P0.05);镇痛结果显示中药复方组、拆方都能极显著的减少小鼠扭体次数(P0.01),但对热刺激引发的小鼠痛反应时间无明显的延长(P0.05)作用;抑菌实验表明中药复方在0.63 mg/mL浓度以上时对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌表现出很好的抑菌效果,对沙门氏菌呈中度敏感,其MIC为9.375 mg/mL,但拆方抑菌效果不明显。研究表明中药复方及其拆方组合具有一定的镇痛及抗菌活性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial activities of the traditional Chinese medicine compound and its components, the effects of xylene-induced swelling of the mouse ear and the capillary permeability of the mouse on the inflammation were studied in this study. The effects of acetic acid-induced writhing test and hot plate method on pain were observed. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella were detected by double dilution method. The anti-inflammatory results showed that there was no significant difference in the ear swelling degree and the permeability of the capillary in the mice (P0.05). The results showed that the number of writhing in the mice was significantly reduced (P 0.01). The inhibitory effect of the traditional Chinese medicine compound at the concentration of 0.63 mg/ mL showed a good antibacterial effect on the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the MIC of the compound was 9.375 mg/ mL. But the antibacterial effect is not obvious. The study indicated that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and its components had certain analgesic and antibacterial activity.
