蜂蜜对三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸攻毒小鼠免疫细胞的调节作用研究

【摘要】:为研究蜂蜜对三聚氰胺及其同系物作用对小鼠免疫细胞的影响,同时研究蜂蜜作为天然解毒剂的作用,本试验以KM小鼠作为试验动物,分为三聚氰胺组、三聚氰胺+三聚氰酸联合组、三聚氰胺+蜂蜜组、联合+蜂蜜组及对照组5个试验组。小鼠隔天灌胃28d后,经眼球采血,采用全自动血液分析仪和流式细胞仪检测外周血和淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果表明:三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合攻毒能导致白细胞和淋巴细胞数目显著升高(p0.05);与空白对照组相比,联合攻毒组小鼠CD4~+/CD8~+值显著下降(p0.05);从CD138~+表达率上看,单独及联合攻毒组均显著降低(p0.05)。三聚氰胺类物质能够影响机体免疫细胞的应答反应,对小鼠免疫功能产生一定的抑制作用,而蜂蜜对这种抑制具有一定的缓解作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of honey on the immune cells of mice and its homologues, and to study the effect of honey as a natural antivirus agent, KM mice were divided into five groups: trimethamine group, cyanuric acid combined group, melamine honey group, combined honey group and control group. After 28 days of intragastric administration of mice, blood samples were collected from the eyeball, and the changes of peripheral blood and lymphocyte subsets were detected by automatic blood analyzer and flow cytometry. The results showed that the number of leukocytes and lymphocytes increased significantly (p0.05), the CD4~ / CD8~ ratio of mice in the combined challenge group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group (p0.05), and the expression rate of CD138~ in the combined challenge group was significantly lower than that in the combined challenge group (p0.05). Melamine can affect the response of immune cells and inhibit the immune function of mice, while honey has a certain remission effect on this inhibition.
