减少家禽氮磷排泄技术的研究

【摘要】:本文以罗斯308肉鸡为试验研究对象,研究低磷低蛋白日粮单独或组合添加植酸酶和蛋白酶对肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能、养分利用率及生化指标的影响,为植酸酶和蛋白酶在家禽养殖生产中的应用提供理论依据。试验选用8日龄罗斯308肉鸡168只随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复7只鸡,第1组饲喂标准日粮组,第2组为低磷日粮添加500U/kg植酸酶组,第3组为低蛋白日粮添加150mg/kg蛋白酶组,第4组为低磷低蛋白日粮添加500U/kg植酸酶和150mg/kg蛋白酶组。试验结果表明:(1)低有效磷、低蛋白日粮中单独或组合添加植酸酶和蛋白酶,可使肉鸡的生长性能达到标准日粮的水平,并能降低料重比,提高饲料利用率;(2)除低有效磷日粮添加500U/kg植酸酶提高肉鸡的腹脂率外,其他日粮处理对肉鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率均无显著影响;(3)低有效磷、低蛋白日粮中单独或组合添加植酸酶和蛋白酶对肉鸡的血清生化指标没有显著影响;(4)除了低蛋白日粮添加蛋白酶显著提高了胫骨中钙的含量,其他日粮处理对肉鸡胫骨灰分和胫骨磷含量无显著影响;(5)与标准日粮比较,低有效磷日粮添加500U/kg植酸酶后,磷、钙的排泄量显著降低了26.91%~39.96%和6.93%~23.83%,其表观利用率分别提高了14.34%~49.96%和7.90%~27.60%;低蛋白日粮添加150mg/kg蛋白酶,蛋白质和钙的排泄量减少了4.10%~5.16%和1.57%~11.72%,其表观利用率分别显著提高了5.27%~6.98%和10.54%~22.73%;低有效磷、低蛋白日粮中联合添加植酸酶和蛋白酶,蛋白质、磷、钙的排泄量分别减少1.99%~7.10%、16.50%~38.36%、4.09%~18.81%,其表观利用率分别提高了3.19%~6.68%、17.20%~59.42%、14.07%~30.28%;(6)在低有效磷、低蛋白日粮中单独添加植酸酶和蛋白酶对肉鸡的脾脏、胸腺和法氏囊指数无显著影响,但同时添加植酸酶和蛋白酶可使肉鸡的法氏囊指数显著增加。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Ross 308 broilers were used to study the effects of low phosphorus and low protein diet supplemented with phytase and protease on performance, slaughtering performance, nutrient utilization rate and biochemical indexes of broilers, so as to provide theoretical basis for the application of phytase and protease in poultry breeding and production. 168 8-day-old Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 6 repeats in each group. The first group was fed with standard diet, the second group was fed with 500U/kg phytase group, the third group was fed with low protein diet supplemented with 150mg/kg protease group, and the fourth group was fed with low phosphorus and low protein diet supplemented with 500U/kg phytase and 150mg/kg protease group. The results showed that: (1) adding phytase and protease to low available phosphorus and low protein diet alone or in combination could make the growth performance of broilers reach the level of standard diet, reduce the ratio of feed to weight and improve the feed utilization rate. (2) except for low available phosphorus diet supplemented with 500U/kg phytase to increase abdominal fat rate of broilers, other dietary treatments had no significant effect on slaughter rate, semi-evisceration rate, total evisceration rate, breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of broilers, (3) low available phosphorus and low protein diet supplemented with phytase and protease alone or in combination had no significant effect on serum biochemical indexes of broilers, and other dietary treatments had no significant effect on slaughtering rate, semi-evisceration rate, total evisceration rate, breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate. (4) in addition to the addition of protease to low protein diet, the content of calcium in tibia was significantly increased, but other dietary treatments had no significant effect on the content of tibia ash and phosphorus in tibia of broilers.
