抗菌肽、合生素对AA肉鸡血清生化指标和肠道菌群的影响

【摘要】:为了研究饲粮中添加抗菌肽、合生素对AA肉鸡血液生化指标和肠道菌群的影响,试验将480只1日龄AA肉鸡分为4组,1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;2组为添加抗菌肽组,饲喂基础日粮+0.5%抗菌肽;3组为添加合生素组,饲喂基础日粮+0.3%合生素;4组为添加抗菌肽+合生素组,饲喂基础日粮+0.5%抗菌肽+0.3%合生素,试验期为42 d。结果表明:添加抗菌肽显著提高了21日龄肉鸡的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、Ig G和Ig A水平(P0.05);添加合生素显著提高了21日龄肉鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P0.05),降低了血清三酰甘油含量、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性(P0.05)。添加抗菌肽显著提高了42日龄肉鸡血清总蛋白、白蛋白水平,降低了血清三酰甘油含量、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性(P0.05);添加合生素显著提高了42日龄肉鸡的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性并显著降低了谷丙转氨酶活性(P0.05)。抗菌肽、合生素以及二者共同添加能显著或极显著降低肉鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数,提高乳酸杆菌数(P0.05或P0.01)。说明抗菌肽、合生素单独或联合使用均能改善肉鸡的血清生化指标和肠道菌群状况,提高免疫力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of probiotics on blood biochemical indexes and intestinal flora of AA broilers, 480 one-day-old AA broilers were divided into 4 groups: control group (control group), basal diet (0.5%), and basal diet (0.3%). The four groups were fed with 0.5% antimicrobial peptide 0.3% synbiotics in the basal diet for 42 days. The results showed that the levels of serum total protein, albumin, Ig G and Ig A in 21-day-old broilers were significantly increased by adding antibacterial peptides (P 0.05), and the activities of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in 21-day-old broilers were significantly increased (P 0.05), and the activities of serum triacylglycerol, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase were significantly decreased (P 0.05). The addition of antimicrobial peptide significantly increased the level of serum total protein and albumin, decreased the content of serum triacylglycerol, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activity in 42-day-old broilers (P 0.05), and significantly increased the activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and decreased the activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in 42-day-old broilers (P 0.05). Antibacterial peptides, synbiotics and their combination could significantly or extremely significantly reduce the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in the duodenum, Jejunum, ileum and cecum of broilers, and increase the number of Lactobacillus (P 0.05 or P 0.01). The results showed that antibacterial peptides and synbiotics alone or in combination could improve the serum biochemical indexes and intestinal flora of broilers and improve immunity.
