复合非淀粉多糖酶对玉米及其加工副产品非淀粉多糖各组成单糖真代谢率的影响

【摘要】:为研究非淀粉多糖酶对玉米及其加工副产品非淀粉多糖(NSP)各组成单糖真代谢率的影响,试验将56只平均体重(2.5±0.2)kg的健康成年黄羽肉公鸡随机分为7组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只鸡,采用绝食强饲法测定玉米及其加工副产品中添加复合非淀粉多糖酶前后的NSP各组成单糖真代谢率。结果表明:加酶后各原料黄羽肉鸡不溶性木糖、可溶性木糖、不溶性阿拉伯糖、可溶性阿拉伯糖、不溶性甘露糖、可溶性甘露糖、不溶性半乳糖、可溶性半乳糖、不溶性葡萄糖和可溶性葡萄糖真代谢率较加酶前分别提高了3.73~21.31、-1.66~12.64、3.56~27.01、-1.30~14.71、2.76~14.19、-1.91~55.29、1.22~11.38、-5.47~39.82、-2.57~23.72、2.68~16.17个百分点。综合认为,复合非淀粉多糖酶的添加能改善玉米及其加工副产品的NSP各组成单糖的真代谢率。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of non-starch polysaccharide on monosaccharide true metabolic rate of corn and its processing by-product non-starch polysaccharide (NSP), 56 healthy adult yellow feather broilers with an average body weight of (2.5 卤0.2) kg were randomly divided into 7 groups with 8 repeats in each group. The true metabolic rate of monosaccharide composition of NSP before and after adding compound non-starch polysaccharide to corn and its processing by-products was measured by hunger strike. The results showed that the true metabolic rates of insoluble xylose, soluble xylose, insoluble arabinose, soluble arabinose, insoluble mannose, soluble mannose, insoluble galactose, soluble galactose, insoluble glucose and soluble glucose in yellow feather broilers after enzyme addition were 3.73 卤21.31, 1.66 卤12.64, 3.56 卤27.01, 1.30 鈮,
