Effect and Mechanism of Aging Corn and Rice Bran Oil on Perf

  玉米是一种重要的粮食作物,也是畜禽饲料中主要的大宗原料。自从2017年以来,我国面临着玉米去库存的问题。大量的陈化玉米进入到畜禽配合饲料,但陈化玉米对畜禽生产性能的影响规律及其可能机理目前还不清楚。因此,本论文通过4个试验,系统研究了陈化玉米与油脂种类、油脂水平以及油脂品质及其互作对肉鸭生产性能、屠宰性能、产品品质、机体抗氧化能力及肠道生理的影响,为陈化玉米在肉鸭饲粮中的合理应用提供技术支撑。试验1陈化玉米与大豆油对肉鸭生产性能、肉品质及机体抗氧化能力的影响本试验旨在研究在不同水平陈化玉米饲粮中添加或不添加大豆油对肉鸭生产性能、肉品质及机体抗氧化能力的影响。选择768只1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭随机分为6个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复16只鸭。试验采用2×3设计,2是指不添加或添加3%大豆油,3是指陈化玉米按0,50%和100%替代正常玉米。试验期为35d,分为1-14d和15-35d两个阶段。结果表明,陈化玉米和大豆油对肉鸭试验期间的体重和体增重无影响(P>0.05),但陈化玉米100%替代正常玉米显著降低(P<0.05)了肉鸭15-35d采食量,添加3%大豆油增加了(P<...
