猪卵母细胞单精子胞浆内注射胚胎的体外生产与发育

  蛋白质供应是马拉维以及整个非洲最重要的问题之一。马拉维国土面积小,养猪业尚处于初级阶段,但发展潜力巨大。全国生猪存栏量超过3,000,000头,主要集中于农村。养猪业对于农村和城市都是重要的经济产业。猪肉消费量、生猪交易量和有机肥料是评价当地养猪业的重要指标。马拉维政府重视养猪生产,并致力于提高生猪饲养、育种和疫病控制,促进养猪生产。为提高胴体品质、产仔数和肉品数量,还开展了与外来品种的杂交育种工作。政府对非洲猪瘟等疾病进行严格防控。政策上鼓励肉品生产,控制危害人类健康的疾病,养猪主要供当地消费,剩余的用来出口。在马拉维,相比其他家畜对当地猪繁殖性能的研究很少。当地猪群因某些疫病的周期性暴发而减少,如非洲猪瘟。另一个挑战是体内外寄生虫病的爆发。这些疾病的发生会影响到各年龄段生猪的生产性能和繁殖性能,造成局部地区甚至全国范围的经济损失。猪的繁殖能力高,每年可产多胎;但有关动物遗传资源保护的资料缺乏。在马拉维,与移地保护相对应的是就地保护。研究发现移地保护更加可行,主要方法包括猪精液、卵母细胞以及胚胎的玻璃化冷冻。玻璃化冷冻即在液氮中保存精子、卵母细胞或胚胎的方法,可用于濒临灭绝的动物资源...
