六种棘头虫的分子鉴定和线粒体基因组研究

分类学和系统学是研究生物多样性及其规律的重要工具。棘头虫是专性寄生于脊椎动物消化道内的一类重要动物寄生虫类群。目前基于比较形态学建立的棘头虫的分类标准和分类系统仍存在很多争议。核糖体DNA(rDNA)及线粒体DNA(mtDNA)序列被证明可为棘头虫的物种鉴定及系统发育分析提供有效的遗传标记。然而,目前关于棘头虫线粒体基因组的分子数据仍然很有限。迄今为止,只有17种棘头虫的线粒体基因组的完整序列被解码。因此,需要解析更多的棘头虫的线粒体基因组序列,从而为更好的解决棘头动物门的系统分类学问题提供分子数据。本研究首次测序注释了6种棘头虫的线粒体基因组全序列,包括Sphaerirostris picae(喜鹊球吻棘头虫)、S.lanceoides(似矛球吻棘头虫)、Centrorhynchus milvus(鸢中吻棘头虫)、C.clitorideus(核中吻棘头虫)、Cavisoma magnum(大腔体棘头虫)和Neoechinorhynchus sp.(新棘吻属未定种)。这6种棘头虫分别采集于巴基斯坦和中国的鱼类及鸟类体内。采用通用引物或自行设计的引物,对这6种棘头虫进行PCR扩增,获得其...
