Dietary Factors Affect the Determination of True Phosphorus

近年来,随着消费者对禽肉需求的增加和禽肉生产成本的降低,家禽生产产业比其他肉类动物生产产业增长得更快。但目前家禽生产仍然面临诸多营养技术难题,如饲粮配方制定和营养需求的准确评定等。磷(P)是维持机体生长和骨骼发育以及实现基因组功能所必需的一种常量矿物元素。肉鸡日粮中含有大量的植物源性原料,这些原料中存在着如植酸或植酸盐等抗营养因子。由于肉鸡对植酸磷的消化利用能力极其有限,导致了养分消化率的降低和粪便磷排泄量的增加,进而加剧了对生态环境的污染。研究表明,日粮因素对肉鸡表观磷回肠消化率有着显著的影响,但同时也会影响内源性的磷损失。提示回肠真磷消化率才能准确的反映和评定肉鸡对日粮中磷的消化和吸收能力。因此,准确评定肉鸡的回肠真磷消化率并研究日粮因素在其中的影响,将有助于更精准的配制环境友好型的肉鸡日粮。日粮钙磷比、磷水平以及蛋白来源和水平对肉鸡表观回肠磷消化率的影响已被诸多报道证实,但关于上述日粮因素能否影响肉鸡的回肠真磷消化率尚未见报道,有待进一步研究。因此,本研究旨在采用线性回归方法研究日粮因素对肉鸡回肠真磷消化率的影响。本研究包括以下4个试验:试验一旨在用线性回归法研究不同钙磷比(Ca...
