苜蓿和羊草中添加盐霉素对瘤胃体外发酵的影响

  本实验旨在研究干草的消化率,消化率及体外产气量之间的关系,从而开发价廉、方便的饲料原料。干草由苜蓿和羊草鲜草制得,不含有毒草籽,或引起瘤胃鼓胀物质;上述两种干草原料能够提高营养利用率和肌肉品质;苜蓿和羊草的饲喂能够产生较少的废弃物,从而提高利用效率,减少对环境的污染。苜蓿和羊草的附加价值能够帮助人们进行更有效的动物生产。 在肉用反刍动物饲养中多有使用盐霉素添加剂,本文旨在研究苜蓿干草和羊草干草为粗料的情况下,添加不同浓度盐霉素对在体外发酵过程中的某些指标如有机物体外消化率,pH,产气率,中性洗涤纤维,酸性洗涤纤维及可挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的影响。实验在苜蓿干草和羊草干草中分别加入0mg/L(对照组),50mg/L和100mg/L不同浓度盐霉素,盐霉素及各脂肪酸分别通过体外产气法和气相色谱法进行检测。结果表明:与对照组相比,不同浓度盐霉素能够减少气体的产生,并提高pH。随着苜蓿干草和羊草干草中盐霉素的增加,体外有机消化率有降低的趋势。另外,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的含量在高剂量盐霉素组(100mg/L)有所提高。总可挥发性脂肪酸并未受到影响,但随着盐霉素的增加,丙酸含量提高,丁酸含量...
