【摘要】：正患儿,男,足月顺产娩出,出生体重3 220 g,无胎膜早破,羊水、脐带、胎盘情况无特殊,1、5、10 min Apgar评分均为10分。母亲妊娠糖尿病,无特殊药物使用史。患儿生后即发现脐带血白细胞异常增高,查外周血白细胞明显增高,伴Ec比例增高,粒细胞及淋巴细胞比例减低,见幼稚粒细胞,红细胞大小不一,偶见大血小板。因外周血白细胞明显异常,呼吸
