宣肺运脾清瘟汤治疗手足口病肺脾湿热证的临床研究

【摘要】：目的：从理论、临床方面对宣肺运脾清瘟汤治疗小儿手足口病的疗效进行系统研究，并探讨其作用机理。方法：遵循随机的原则，将符合西医小儿手足口病和中医小儿手足口病肺脾湿热证诊断标准的60例患儿，随机分为对照组30例，试验组30例，，对照组给予利巴韦林注射液；试验组给予宣肺运脾化瘟汤和利巴韦林，疗程为8天，观察肺脾湿热型手足口病的所有症状体征及相关的实验室指标，进行治疗前后对照比较、观察研究。结果：分别观察两组治疗前、治疗第4天及治疗第8天患儿的症状、体征、理化检查结果:热退时间、疱疹消退时间、咳嗽、食欲不振等指标好转情况，试验组均优于对照组，临床安全性指标研究结果，宣肺运脾清瘟汤未显示对于重要脏器有毒副作用。结论：宣肺运脾化瘟汤治疗小儿手足口病肺脾湿热证，在临床症状改善方面效果明显，能减轻患儿痛苦，在常规用量范围内是安全有效的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction on children hand, foot and mouth disease in theory and clinic, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: according to the principle of randomness, 60 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group (n = 30), experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) treated with ribavirin injection. The experimental group was given Xuanfei Yunpi Hua Wen decoction and ribavirin for 8 days. All symptoms and signs of hand, foot and mouth disease with dampness and heat of lung and spleen and related laboratory indexes were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results: the symptoms, signs, physical and chemical examination results of the two groups before treatment, on the 4th day and on the 8th day were observed. The results of physical and chemical examination were as follows: time of heat retreat, time of herpes regression, cough, loss of appetite and so on. The experimental group was superior to the control group. The results of clinical safety index study showed that Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction had no toxic and side effects on important organs. Conclusion: Xuanfei Yunpi Hua Wen decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of children's hand, foot and mouth disease syndrome with dampness and heat of lung and spleen, and can alleviate the pain of children.
