【摘要】:正在NICU病房,我们常遇到新生儿休克、心力衰竭、重度窒息等血液动力学不稳定的重症患儿,这些危重患儿临床医生往往很难根据临床表现客观评价患儿的血液动力学状态。寻求一种适合新生儿的准确实时监测心排量的方法对于临床的诊断、评估及治疗显得尤为重要,但以往监测心排量的方法在新生儿的应用受到限制。近些年来,有较多研究报道应用新型的无创心排量监测系统USCOM(ultrasoniccardiac output monitor)在新生儿监测其
[Abstract]:In the NICU ward, we often encounter severe children with severe hemodynamic instability, such as neonatal shock, heart failure, severe asphyxia and so on. The clinicians of these critically ill children are often difficult to objectively evaluate the hemodynamic state of the children according to their clinical manifestations.It is very important for clinical diagnosis, evaluation and treatment to seek an accurate and real-time method for monitoring cardiac output in neonates. However, the application of the method of monitoring cardiac output in neonates has been limited in the past.In recent years, more studies have reported the application of a new non-invasive cardiac output monitoring system, USCOM(ultrasoniccardiac output monitor, in neonatal monitoring.
