杭州市区0~3岁儿童食物过敏现状调查

【摘要】:目的:通过杭州市区大样本研究了解杭州0-3岁儿童食物过敏现状。方法:将2010年2月至5月在杭州市区某卫生服务中心儿童保健科进行常规体检的儿童依次纳入研究。家长填写问卷调查表,对所有纳入儿童进行皮肤点刺试验,筛查10种食物抗原提取物,包括鸡蛋黄、鸡蛋清、牛奶、大豆、花生、小麦、鱼(海鱼)、虾(海虾)、橘子和胡萝卜。根据皮肤点刺试验和病史结果确定的疑似食物过敏病例进行食物剔除试验和开放性食物激发试验,根据激发试验结果确诊食物过敏。结果:548例0-3岁儿童中除12例失访,共536例儿童完成诊断过程,其中0-1岁349例,1-2岁103例,2-3岁84例。食物激发试验确诊食物过敏儿童26例,其中0-1岁22例,1-2岁3例,2-3岁1例。食物过敏患病率为4.85%(26/536,95%(CI3.03%-6.67%),其中0-1岁儿童食物过敏的患病率为6.30%(22/349,95%CI3.75%-8.85%);1-2岁儿童食物过敏的患病率为2.91%(3/103,95%CI0%-6.16%);2-3岁儿童食物过敏的患病率为1.19%(1/84,95%CI0%-3.51%)。最常见的食物过敏原为鸡蛋清(2.80%,15/536),其次是鸡蛋黄(1.12%,6/536)、牛奶(0.75%,4/536)、虾(0.56%,3/536)、鱼(0.19%,1/536)。结论:杭州市区0-3岁儿童食物过敏患病率为4.85%。最常见的食物致敏原为鸡蛋清,其次是鸡蛋黄、牛奶、虾和鱼。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the status of food allergy in children aged 0-3 in Hangzhou. Methods: from February to May, 2010, the children who underwent routine physical examination in the children's health department of a health service center in Hangzhou city were included in the study. Parents filled out questionnaires, conducted skin prick tests on all children, and screened 10 food antigenic extracts, including egg yolk, egg white, milk, soybeans, peanuts, wheat, fish (sea fish, shrimp), shrimp (prawns, oranges and carrots). According to the skin prick test and the history of suspected food allergy cases, the food exclusion test and open food provocation test were carried out, and the food allergies were diagnosed according to the results of the test. Results among the 548 children aged 0-3 years, 12 cases were lost, and 536 cases completed the diagnosis process. The prevalence rate of food allergies in children aged 0 to 1 was 6.300.223.34995, and the incidence of food allergies in children aged 1-2 was 2.91 / 10395CI0-6.1666.67.
