“项目导向、任务驱动”教学模式在儿科护理教学中的应用探讨

【摘要】:为了探讨"项目导向、任务驱动"教学模式在儿科护理教学中的应用效果,将我院2012级入学的三年制护理专业的学生随机抽取2个班级,分为实验组和对照组,在其学习的《儿科护理学》课程时分别采取"项目导向,任务驱动"教学模式和传统的教学模式授课,在学期末时对这两个班的学生的理论、操作技能等能力进行考核,同时发放调查问卷。结果显示:实验组的这个班级的同学的理论、操作水平成绩打分均高于对照组(p0.01);同时,发放的问卷进行统计学分析结果表明,"项目导向,任务驱动"教学模式在护理教学中对学生的理论、操作水平、学习兴趣等均有一定的提高作用,可以使学生掌握更多理论、实践知识。"项目导向,任务驱动"教学模式在护理教学中对教学有一定的促进作用,并得到了学生的认可,这种教学方法对教学、学生均有益。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the application effect of "project-oriented, task-driven" teaching model in pediatric nursing teaching, two classes were randomly selected from three year nursing students enrolled in our college, and divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. In the course of "Pediatric Nursing", they adopted the "project-oriented, task-driven" teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode respectively. At the end of the semester, the students of the two classes were tested on their theoretical and operational skills. A questionnaire was distributed at the same time. The results showed that the theoretical and operational scores of the students in this class in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.01). Task-driven "teaching mode can improve students' theory, operation level and learning interest in nursing teaching, so that students can master more theory and practical knowledge." The project-oriented and task-driven teaching mode has a certain promoting effect on the teaching in nursing teaching and has been recognized by the students. This teaching method is beneficial to both the students and the students.
