经剖宫产术分娩的新生儿及早产儿免疫指标观察

【摘要】:目的观察经剖宫产术分娩的新生儿和早产儿免疫指标的变化。方法收集496例单胎初产妇的新生儿脐带血,采用流式细胞术检测T细胞亚群分布(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞比例及CD4+/CD8+),采用全自动生化分析仪和免疫比浊法检测免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig M、Ig G)及补体C3、C4。将患者根据分娩方式分为阴道产组和剖宫产组,根据是否早产分为早产组和足月组。比较各亚组上述指标。结果剖宫产组新生儿脐带血中CD3+、CD4+及Ig G水平明显低于阴道产组(P均0.05)。早产组新生儿脐带血中Ig G、C3和C4水平明显低于足月组(P均0.05)。结论经剖宫产分娩的新生儿细胞免疫功能低于阴道分娩的新生儿。早产儿的体液免疫功能低于足月儿。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of immune indexes in newborns and premature infants delivered by cesarean section. Methods the umbilical cord blood was collected from 496 cases of singleton primipara. The distribution of T cell subsets (CD3) CD4 and CD8 T cells and CD4 / CD8 were detected by flow cytometry, and the immunoglobulin (Ig) Ig Mg G and complement C3C4 were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and immunoturbidimetry. The patients were divided into vaginal delivery group and cesarean section group according to delivery mode, and preterm delivery and term group according to preterm delivery. The above indexes of each subgroup were compared. Results the levels of CD3 CD4 and Ig G in umbilical cord blood in caesarean section group were significantly lower than those in vaginal delivery group (P 0.05). The levels of Ig C 3 and C 4 in umbilical cord blood of preterm delivery group were significantly lower than those of term group (P 0.05). Conclusion the cellular immune function of newborn born by cesarean section is lower than that of vaginal delivery. The humoral immune function of premature infants is lower than that of term infants.
