哮喘患儿血浆ECP和FENO及其乘积EF值对吸入性激素疗效的预测价值

【摘要】:目的明确嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)及其乘积(EF)对儿童哮喘疗效的预测价值。方法回顾性分析初治哮喘患儿,使用线性回归分析治疗前ECP、FENO及两者乘积EF值与治疗1年内哮喘急性发作次数的相关性。结果共入组39例患儿,治疗起始后1年内哮喘发作中位数为0次(0~6次)。线性回归分析发现FENO和ECP与哮喘急性发作次数相关,嗜酸性粒细胞和年龄与哮喘急性发作次数无关。为了提高ECP和FENO的准确性,使用两者乘积EF值进行线性回归发现,EF值与哮喘急性发作次数相关性显著增加。结论哮喘患儿对吸入性激素反应差异较大,需要进行个体化治疗,本研究发现ECP、FENO具有一定的指导预后价值,引入EF值为儿童哮喘个体化治疗提供了一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the predictive value of eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), exhaled nitric oxide (FENO) and its product (EF) in children with asthma. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the correlation between ECP,FENO and EF before treatment and the number of acute episodes of asthma within one year after treatment with linear regression analysis in children with primary asthma. Results the median number of asthma attacks within 1 year after treatment was 0 (0 or 6). Linear regression analysis showed that FENO and ECP were correlated with the number of acute attacks of asthma, while eosinophils and age were not associated with the number of acute episodes of asthma. In order to improve the accuracy of ECP and FENO, the correlation between EF and the number of acute episodes of asthma was significantly increased by linear regression using the EF value of the two products. Conclusion there is a great difference in the response of inhaled sex hormones in asthmatic children, which requires individualized treatment. This study found that ECP,FENO has certain prognostic value, and the introduction of EF value provides a certain theoretical basis for individualized treatment of asthma in children.
