地方性燃煤型氟中毒病区儿童尿氟与氟骨症的相关性

【摘要】：正地方性燃煤型氟中毒是由于氟污染地区居民使用高氟煤而污染环境介质和食物,从而引起以氟斑牙和氟骨症为主要特征的一种慢性全身性疾病~([1])。身体从外界摄入的氟主要通过肾脏排泄,占总排泄量的90%左右,因此尿氟水平的高低可以体现出人体内的氟负荷量,同时能够较好反映近期当地人群摄入氟的情况,并辅助诊断地方性氟中毒~([2-4])。贵州省织金县
[Abstract]:Normal endemic fluorosis is a chronic systemic disease characterized by dental fluorosis and bone fluorosis, which is caused by the use of high fluorine coal in fluorinated areas and contaminated environmental media and food, which is characterized by dental fluorosis and bone fluorosis. The body's fluoride intake from the outside world is mainly excreted through the kidney, accounting for about 90% of the total excretion. Therefore, the level of fluoride in the urine can reflect the fluoride load in the human body, and at the same time, it can better reflect the recent intake of fluoride by the local population.
